Das soll eine Bank sein?

Wollen zusätzlich zu Postident noch einen Brief haben. Online-Banking-Zugangsdaten werden nach Kontoeröffnung nicht nach 7, sondern nach 14(!) Tagen zugestellt (beide Briefe am gleichen Tag!). Zinssonderkonditionenzeitraum läuft natürlich schon 7 Tage nach Kontoeröfnung. Anmeldung ans Online-Banking funktioniert nicht, da das mTAN-Verfahren nicht aktiviert werden kann, da kein Freischaltcode zugesandt wird. Auskunft der Hotline: "Später noch einmal versuchen, betrifft aktuell alle Kunden" - unnötig zu erwähnen, dass es immer noch nicht funktioniert. Webseite verlinkt "Antworten finden" auf eine nicht existente Seite. Niemand bei Verstand wird diesem Laden auch nur einen Cent anvertrauen.
