Aggressive, misleading and unprofessional upselling
Oojo does book tickets and issue them, so it performs its basic function. However, the upselling that takes place is offensive and unprofessional. Specifically, received a call to verify my flight details line-by-line, which seemed odd. The caller from Oojo kept asking why I wouldn't upgrade and I told her cost. In the end, she sent me an email saying "thank you for agreeing to upgrade, click the link to confirm" which was clearly designed to trick me into paying more. Very, very aggressive sales - avoid, avoid

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel booking company.
I booked with Oojo because it was only slightly cheaper than other third-party websites. That small saving has turned into months of frustration. After the airline changed my flight and I lost an entire day of my trip, the company asked whether I accepted the change. I declined and requested an alternative itinerary, but they couldn’t offer one. Instead, they offered to cancel the booking with a full refund. I accepted, and the airline approved the refund.
Three months later, I still haven’t received my money.
Every time I contact Oojo, I get a different excuse or another delay. They are deliberately dragging out the process, hoping I’ll eventually give up on getting the refund I’m owed.
I will never use this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I appreciate the personal follow up to confirm details, but I already confirmed the details when I booked online. Just simply calling passengers and letting them know that you can answer any questions - that you’re there to take care of any additional needs and that they can call you directly in the future - would be worth the time and energy.
