I was very happy with all aspects of the process

The service provided was quick and easy helped along the line at all stages. Customer care representative was professional and easy to deal with.

Prompt, friendly service; and a discussion about the vehicle I am choosing and why.
This is a costly decision and one wants a good experience from the lender, and that is exactly what I received.

It was so simple to apply and really quick too. Was delighted when i was told i was approved.

Do not trust this company. If you are looking for car finance, run the other way. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, cold, and incompetent bunch of people in my life.
I recently went through an incredibly difficult period dealing with severe health issues. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or human decency, Oodle did nothing but harass me. They don’t care about you, your circumstances, or your health—all they care about is grabbing their money.
The customer service is an absolute joke. You are forced to sit on hold for ages waiting on long calls, only to speak to people who are completely unprofessional. They consistently give poor excuses, lack basic communication skills, and fail to update proper notes on the system. You will find yourself repeating your story over and over again because no one does their job properly.
To top it all off, their interest rates are a complete rip-off. Even after I did the right thing and paid my account off in full to a ZERO balance, they have penalised me by refusing to properly update my credit file, hiding behind the fact that the account was previously terminated.
They are quick to take your money, but completely useless at managing your account. Save yourself the stress, the endless phone queues, and the damage to your mental health.
Stay far away from Oodle Car Finance!

Everything was stress free and easy to handle. Support line was friendly and helpful too.

As a customer all the work is done by the broker. So we don't have any help whatsoever or advice from the lender.

They work and strive hard with the broker to get the customer a good and affordable deal. They also try to keep Interest payments as low as they can. But as a customer we rely on the broker who deal with the lender. There is never at any time are you pressured into any deal. That's why I have given the ratings I gave.
