I placed order on Sun 5th Aug - money has been taken from my account on Mon 6th Aug - order says shipped. I’ve no DHL tracking no - like a previous complaint I’ve emailed - tried the chat - useless web bot umpteen times - no response - reviews for food were so good but what’s the point if you don’t actually get it delivered. Customer service is APPALLING. I’ll be contacting bank on Mon to request money back

Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order, it has been a week since I first placed my order, i decided to go with this company after been told all there delivery was next day delivery. I have had no update at all from the company so I reached out to them, unable to find a contact number on there website I have tried emailing numerous of times and tried there online chat which is a bot and tells me someone will reach out to me I even resorted to messaging them on social media and not yet a single reply or help on my order starting to think it is a scam

Purchased oodles pack for my 2 schnauzer pups, both been on raw since 8 weeks old ,
Only onto tub number 2 and have woken up to loose poo and a very messy house and 2 dogs needing a bath.
Will not purchase again,

Speedy Delivery
Yet again another fantastic experience ordering from Ooddles Kitchen. Ordered yesterday and delivery arrived today at 07.45 by delivery driver Sean from DPD. Cannot believe how quickly this personalised service and delivery is.

Puppy refused to touch it.
Bought a bag of this for my puppy. Unfortunately she wouldn’t touch it and would have rather starved. Vet said to switch. Has a really strong and pungent smell to it as well. Not cheap either. Which I wouldn’t mind if she’d eaten any of it.
