Poor communication and slow to refund
I placed an order for two items, one of which arrived very quickly. There was no note with the first item and I heard nothing more, so I did not know what had happened to the second item. I emailed, but did not receive a response, so I emailed again a week later, to be told that the item was out of stock and they did not know when it would be in. I heard nothing more for a month, so I emailed again. I received a response three days later, to the same effect, so I asked to cancel the order. They asked which part of the order I wished to cancel - so, rather obviously, I told them I wished to cancel the item I had not received... Finally, I had to send a reminder that a refund might be in order before I got my money back for the second item. They did not refund any postage, despite only sending me one item.
If I use this company again, and that's a big 'if', I would be looking for much better communication about progress of orders.
