What an absolute con job.

I booked a tour with them and within 7 days I canceled the booking due to a surgery being scheduled that I have been waiting 18 months for.

I paid for package upfront and in full, over £1800. I asked it to be canceled and refunded because I dont know if I woukd recover in time. The surgery is in such a place that I can not walk or hike.

On the go tours, is trying to keep £300 of the money as a cancellation fee. It took them over 20 days to refund me some of the money as it has not been paid back in full.

Despite thier "terms and conditions" contradicting many areas of the EU consumer act, customer retails act and an number of other consumer laws.

I request to speak to a director and its going of 30 days with no response.

I would like to know anyone else that has receive such horrible service from the before, on or after thier experience with OnTheGoTours. I am gathering names and accounts in order to prosue my only legal action against the directors themselves

Key EU Travel Refund Regulations:
Air Passenger Rights (Regulation 261/2004): If a flight is cancelled or delayed (over 5 hours), passengers can choose between full reimbursement within 7 days or re-routing to their destination.

Package Travel Directive (PTD): If a package holiday is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (like health crises), travelers have the right to a full refund within 14 days, often via insolvency protection schemes.

Rail, Bus, and Coach Regulations: Passengers are entitled to re-routing or a refund within 14 days for significant delays or cancellations.

Vouchers vs. Cash: Passengers are not obligated to accept vouchers and can insist on a cash refund.

As my reason for canceling was unavoidable health cicumstances and since you have doubled down on your responce and terms on conditions.

I shall let those who govern your industry and the relavent governing agencies in the countries you opperate in, know of this interaction and that you are trying to impose terms and conditions that you think makes you above all local and governing laws.

Awesome in every way

From the moment my wife and I were picked up at the airport until we were dropped off 9 days later, we were in Aziz's expert care. He was a fountain of knowledge about every single location we visited and made sure that the tour was on schedule and that everyone was engaged and involved with the facinating experiences on offer.

The program itself was jam packed, it showed us all the jewels of Morocco, on one day we went from riding Camels in the Sahara to visiting a snow capped town - Little Switzerland - deep in the Atlas Mountains witnessing sledding and an impromptu snowball fight.

There was a great mix of historic sites from the Roman settlers in the North to the Medieval Medina's of Fez and Marrakesh, to the hassan the 2nd Mosque in Cassablanca, which was a particular highlight of mine.

Every site had its own local guide who could enliven the visits and provide details of the attractions that just couldnt be found in the guide books.

We also took a wonderful cooking class with Fatima in Fez, it was a fabulous evening and she was very hospitable and knowledgeable and all the food in Morocco is both delicious and inexpensive.

This is the first Tour we have been on with On the Go Tours but based on our experience it wont be our last, we cant recommend this company highly enough. If you have the good fortune to have Aziz as your guide, you're in for an amazing experience.

We had a great experience with On the Go Tours. They were very accessible when booking and leading up to our trip. The Road to Casablanca plus Chefchoen was fantastic. We were a group of 13 plus our guide Aziz and driver Ziad. Aziz took great care of us and kept us organized without ever feeling rushed. He always kept us updated with our itinerary, arranged for quick stops when purchases were requested - best oranges ever, bought us fresh dates to share on the bus and perfectly scheduled regular toilet and coffee breaks. He kept track of us all and made us feel safe and cared for. Ziad was an amazing driver. He managed detours effortlessly, drove us through a snowstorm, even stopping so our Australian passengers could experience a snowball fight. He managed door to door service and kept track of all our luggage. We have travelled a lot, but this was our first organized tour. Aziz, Ziad and the people on the tour (21 to 79 years old) made this a tour that set the bar. Given this experience we will definitely travel with On the Go again and highly recommend the Moroccan tour and specifically Aziz and Ziad.

Great trip, our guide Hung was fantastic, so knowledgeable and fun. Hung is an asset to the company. Hotels were pretty good. Tour well organised and each day organised and explained well. Would use on the go again.

A memorable trip from start to finish, the organisation from booking right up to transfer to the airport on the last day was very well managed.
Our group of 13 was a good mix of ages and nationalities and were a really friendly bunch, which enhanced our experiences.
Our guide, Aziz, was wonderful - always a step ahead so we were both prepared and well briefed for each days activities.
The visits and activities were varied and gave us a great introduction to Moroccan life, culture, food and architecture. Aziz was spot on with historical background and full of interesting facts, especially Islamic traditions.
Due to unseasonal weather, Aziz had to make a couple of changes to our itinerary, but this did not detract from the trip.
Our very competent driver, Said, was a real stalwart, coping with very challenging conditions, long days, but still smiling.
I would thoroughly recommend the tour

This is regarding our upcoming trip to Cambodia. It's also 5 days prior to the trip and I still only have a general itinerary for the trip. I don't have a schedule yet with meeting times etc. I booked this in late October/early November 2025 for travel in February 2026. The tour was advertised as 6 days and 5 nights for a specific price. In December I was notified that going forward the tour would only be 5 days and the day 5 tours were removed. The National Museum on Day 3 was also removed and the online price was lowered by 348.00 USD per person, (my friend is also going on the trip.) However, we would not be getting a refund because the hotel room and breakfast on day 5 were still going to be available to us. The hotel in Ho Chi Min city is less than $100 per night for a double room and includes breakfast. That leaves almost $600.00 USD unaccounted for. I tried emailing with the agent and got a reply saying "this way you have more free time and can see these things at your own expense." Except I already paid for them! *The trip is scheduled to begin on 02-02-2026 but it will not let me add a future date to the review.

We had a great time with Aziz , our tour guide and Zaid, the driver, exploring the imperial cities of Morocco, driving around the Atlas Mountains, trekking through the Sahara Desert on camels and exploring the Roman ruins at Volubilis. They were always attentive to everybody’s requests and needs and nothing was ever too much trouble…
I shall definitely be recommending ‘On The Go Tours ‘ to others & will also be happy to do future tours with this company.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience on the Very Vietnam Tour, and a huge part of that was our guide, Sý. He was truly exceptional. He didn’t just share facts — he told stories in a way that was engaging, thoughtful, and easy to follow, making complex historical moments feel personal and real.
What stood out most was Sý’s passion and respect when explaining Vietnam’s past. You could tell he genuinely cared about educating us and sharing his country’s history with pride and honesty. Zaid our driver and Aziz our tour guide were both wonderful. One couldn’t wish for more suitable GoTours representation. Along with 11 other fellow travellers in January, one learnt a lot about Moroccan history and culture. Other fellow travellers were on their second GoTours holiday. That says it all! Our guide Trinh Sy made our tour amazing.He was attentive to everyone’s needs, ensuring our group always has the best time, service and experience. He offered extra options and flexed to the groups needs - made our first trip from Hà Nội to Hoi Ann Vietnam a great experience and will definitely use On the Go Tours again!

The Hanoi to Hoi An 8 day On The Go tour which I have just completed was everything I hoped it would be. Our guide, Sy, was knowledgeable about the history, food and culture of Vietnam and managed our group and all the moving parts of the tour very effectively. The tour was well paced and a good mix of independent time and group time. Sy quickly got to know us all as individuals and went out of his way to cater to our interests too. I would definitely book another On The Go Tour based on this experience.

Our Magical Morocco tour was truly magical thanks to the well planned itinerary, excellent tour guide, Jaouad and driver Zaid. It was a good mix of activities such as visiting historic sites, hiking and camel riding. So much culture and history was shared by the very knowledgeable local guides. Jaouad went above and beyond in ensuring we were well looked after. Morocco is a beautiful country with warm and friendly people. Definitely worth a visit.

“Magical Morocco” was an excellently curated tour. We saw and experienced so much and it felt like the “top hits” of Morocco. It was not too hectic and the pace allowed us to enjoy the places. Our tour guide, Jaouad, was an excellent and wonderful companion and guide. He helped us to experience it in a very warm and wonderful way!! Zaid, our driver, was good and careful yet efficient and very pleasant. Both Zaid and Jaouad were warm, friendly and helpful.

Our guide Jamal is the reason for the 5 stars. He was always caring, helpful, and available throughout the tour of Morocco. He was knowledgeable, fun, and easy to communicate with. We also had a wonderful driver, Mostapha. If I were to evaluate the tour - we saw the entire country in 7 days. It was a ton of driving and looking out the window. it would have been even more fun if we had spent more time in each place of interest. There is so much diversity and intreting places in Morocco! On the Go Tours was helpful and responsive throughout our planning. I would use them again. Good fun, good value, fantastic Tour Guide!

We had a great trip in Vietnam with on the go tours.we were able to see many historical places and try the beautiful local food everything was well organised and the experience was amazing our local tour guide SY was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a very nice Morocco tour experience from On The Go Tours.
Our tour guide Aziz provided excellent service and coordination. He accommodated all our needs and charges. He managed the schedule very well. He was very prompt on providing overview of each day.
Really appreciate Aziz for his excellent service.
Tour booking coordinator Sara also provided very good service and was very fast on the the booking and changes.
Our Driver Suleman was very nice and his safe and expert driving experience made everything on schedule.

On The Go Tours' Christmas in Morocco trip was wonderful and excellent value. The country was a revelation... all I had hoped for and more. Landscapes that ranged from the alpine High Atlas mountains and the starkly different Anti-Atlas volcanic range to the massive dunes of the Sahara at Erg Chebbi to the labyrithine souk and the frenetic energy of the Jeema el Fnaa square in Marrakesh at the beginning and the end, the trip offered an excellent taste of it all.

Our guide Jamal On The made an excellent trip even better. He was a kind and caring tour leader, taking particular care of his group's capabilities with great care and awareness. He was extremely knowledgeable and always happy to respond to our constant questions, very proud to tell the story of his homeland and help us to understand the things we were seeing. His happy and joyful demeanor raised the spirits every morning, in anticipation of the day ahead and his energy was quite contagious. A real asset to On The Go.

Transport was in a comfortable, well maintained Mercedes Benz 15 seat bus, and our driver Sulaiman (Slim) was kept us safe along a variety of roads throughout the journey. An excellent driver

The accommodation was also very good given the overall cost of the holiday. The only site that disappointed was the desert camp, which could do with a face-lift... the bedding was not adequate, given the cold of the desert in December, and the tents did not feel very secure.

I would definitely recommend Morocco with On The Go, but I would advise that potential visitors do some good research on the standards within the country... if you prefer to travel in the rarefied air of luxury travel, this might not be for you. I loved the locations that we stayed in and felt that it was closer to a more authentic experience as a result.

Loved it... want to go back again and see more!

The trip was one of the best I have taken. Jamal was an epic guide-above and beyond for all of us. No problem was too big or too small for him to quickly resolve with his great sense of humor.
The Morocco people exceeded my expectations and friendly, helpful and kind at every turn. This was our first trip with your company-a trial run. We are sold and will soon book another adventure after resting up from all the air travel delays.

Jumal was wonderful. He shared his life with us as a Berber, he helped us in innumerable ways by granting our wishes like as genie. He got along with everyone he had to communicate with respect, smiles and assertiveness when required. I was amazed at his friendliness to so many people. He was fun and funny and I got a really good idea of what a Moroccan man, husband, father, employee is like. He even taught us what to say in Arabic. He knows his history and contemporary information. The people of Morocco have really touched my heart. The camel ride was great experience and I finally got to see the sahara dunes. The monkeys in the mountain were really fun. The mosques and the kasbahs were exquisite examples of architecture and so full of history. I was struck by the different geological formations that exist in Morocco. The co-ops that we visited gave me a good example of working together including sharing and teaching. The hotels were good for the price. The meals were good. Thank you.
