Booked a bike in bhubaneshwar and ipon reaching there were no bikes. Totally useless company with worst customer support.

We rented a scooter from ONN Bikes (Doddakammanahalli, Bangalore) and had a terrible experience from start to finish. At the time of pickup, we noticed the rear tyre was visibly low. The staff dismissed our concern and told us to just "fill air." Within a few kilometers, the tyre valve started leaking due to a broken air mouth. We had to replace it ourselves, spending ₹300, and also filled ₹500 worth of petrol.

Even after fixing the valve, the tyre kept losing air. A second mechanic later found three punctures in the tyre. We parked the vehicle and didn’t use it again—only 25 km total. Despite informing the team immediately, we were met with apathy.

At drop-off, we were promised a refund for the valve replacement and petrol, and to be charged only for the short ride due to the faulty vehicle. But after returning the scooter and getting our license back, the staff shut shop and told us to “speak to the manager,” who then stopped answering calls. Customer support also claimed they were “not responsible” once the vehicle was returned.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Not only did we lose money and time, but we were also treated poorly throughout. I strongly advise avoiding ONN Bikes if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

wrost site they are showing us bike wallpaper and when you reached there place they provide you 3rd class bike which has no proper breaks , plain tire, no helmet and the bike in worst condition. am sharing you my yesterdays experience in mysore..
