Placed order, never received email confirmation, have not received product and no reply to emails, I have set up PayPal claim

I searched on Google.co.uk - Shopping for "tennis racket" on 29/04/2021. The top result was OnlySportsGear: "Wilson Federer Adult Tennis Racket G2" at £7.49. I clicked on the link and it took me to their website, but the racket was not there. I called the number on their website (08443814985). They said it was not in stock.

I checked the cost of the call and it was £1.16. The duration of the call was less than one minute.

I believe they are making money from these calls. They are advertising inexisting products to attract traffic to their website and if someone calls about the advertised product they make money.

I place my order via ebay as I would receive the good within 2 working day .
they sent me a dispatch email with no tracking number . chased them and they said go lost in the post , and that they would send another , I then said would I receive 2 items she said NO.
I take it they sent me a faulse email so they would get payment
AVOID company

I don't know where to start with this excuse for a company - between sending me the wrong items and overcharging and failing to respond to ANY of my emails, they are absolutely shocking. I wouldn't call their operation poor - that really doesn't do it justice. Please take my advice and DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT - YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience.
I ordered and paid for London 2012 backpack. Did not receive it nor refund and there were no reply to my e-mails. Wrong weight rubber discus were delivered.

The service I received was abysmal. After waiting 2 weeks for my items to arrive I rang them to be told there was a problem and it would be with me by the end of the week, or next day if I wanted alternatives. I said I was happy to wait another few days to get what I ordered. I eventually received my items 5 weeks after I ordered and received alternative inferior items that I did not want.
No response to emails.
Never going to order from these guys again.

I ordered from these guys a while back and my stuff never turned up. They did not respond to a dozen emails (over several weeks/months), and you could never seem to get your 'specific case manager' to answer their phone. Even after I threatened legal action, they still wouldn't respond.

I only got my money back through my bank's lawyers.

'IN MY OPINION' (as a point of Australian law) this company defrauded me. I would not recommend dealing with them if you want to avoid an experience like mine.

My first Order was my Last!!! Onlysportsgear send me not everthing ... After 3Mails an two Telephonecalls i give up...

I ordered from them over 1 year ago - they happily took my £195 and I have never received any goods. This despite emails and phone calls.

I bought a touch rugby ball for my other half and i paid online it told me it would be sent recorded delivery. When they marked it as dispatched there was no tracking number and it was only 3 days later when i rang to ask where it was that i got told it wasnt sent recorded. Much tooing and froing over the next week. Most of the time calls werent answered or when they did answer they would have to call me back after getting more information, they rarely did call back though. Randomly a few days after all this a refund was sent with no explanation. DONT USE THEM

On line, I could not indicate the colour of the roll of towelling tape I wanted to wrap round the handles of my wife's crutches. I rang the firm and they bothered to check the order and make sure it came in the colour we wanted. I was impressed with their customer service.
