AVOID

On the 1st of october my funko pop arrived at onlygraded as per royal mail’s delivery proof. I paid for 5 day guaranteed turnaround service. On the 9th of october i was told on whatsapp it will be sent out on the 12th. On the 13th i asked if its been sent yet. On wednesday 14 Tyson said he will check in the afternoon. I didn’t get a reply so i messaged on Thursday 15th explaining it’s been 15 days and i’m starting to get concerned. Tyson sent me a tracking number. As of today (17th) the tracking still says royal mail have been advised it’s been dispatched. I’ve now sent them a letter before action as i’ve had enough. Avoid at all costs.
