Brought 2 tickets for Spurs vs West ham Before reading the negative reviews so was obviously very worried.
After a little confusion (regarding when and how I would get my tickets)... I received the tickets via email the day before the game in the seats promised and together. Very happy and would probably use again.

Sorry for people who did not get tickets. We were lucky enough to get Liverpool-Barcelona tickets.

Avoid this company 100% brought tickets to football for Liverpool vs Barcelona, travelled to Barcelona they let me no by email after 7pm of the footie night that my order had been cancelled??? I paid for flights/hotel the world to sit in a bar where I could of watched the game from home! Soul destroying site!! Will make my mission to shut the site down!

I bought 4 tickets for Juventus/ Atletico , tickets Premium categorie1.
We received 4 tickets in categorie1.

No answer from them since 12 of March.

I purchased tickets for a premier league match and the tickets actually came through to my email on the match day so they are very reliable but I do not know why they scam a lot of people because my ticket was absolutely fine and everything went through.

Bought ticket to Fey vs Ajax and the tickets didn’t arrive and i got and mail/sms that My tickets would be deliv at the hotel in Rotterdam. Went to Rotterdam from Gothenburg via Hamburg (Hsv vs Frankfurt bought from offical) by train. Got and sms the night before the game that said -sorry the tickets couldn’t be deliv.....

Do not buy tickets from these con merchants. Without a doubt the worst online ticket company i have ever dealt with. Unclear purchasing process and horrific customer service. Money grabbing scum. If you don't believe look up some other reviews of this company. I wish i had before i bought my tickets. Avoid at all costs

i bought tickets on onlineticketexpress for Barcelona vs Manchester Utd uefa Champions League match. Later I found a lot of negative rewievs, that they cancel orders few hours before event. To be honest - I was a little nervous about that. Onlineticketexpress sent me emails every 2days that ticket will be delivered. Finally, my uncertainty was totally unnecessary. E-tickets arrived 10 hours before event. Everything works. I write about that to inform people like me to be not affraid and not to get nervous after reading all these reviews. Maybe sometimes they cheat people, but fortunately my order was totally fine.

" BLOODY CROOKS " is the only word I have for them,on 28-03-18 i had booked a ticket with them my order no was 460146 & I paid 481 Euros ( 4 Tickets ) for the match between Real Madrid vs CD Leganes to be played on 29-04-18, they promised to delver the tickets to my hotel in Madrid, the match got preponed to 28-04-18 so they said that they will return 65 percent of the amount to me, its been nearly a year that I have been writing to them for the refund but no response at all, I sincerely advise everybody to avoid these Crooks & spread the word about them. After purchasing tickets for Celtic v Valencia in February communications were great. Booked hotel and flights already to go night before due to security which i understand is not their fault out tickets were canceled. A full refund was suppose to happen. Now communications have stopped numerous email and phone calls to no availe. Here we are in April no signs of my money. Whatelse can i say BEWARE

I got tickets only few hours before match. It was very stressful to wait for tickets to come online. I would not recommended this company,customer service very poor. If you have a plan B to get tickets it might be right way to go.

I got the tickets delivered to the hotel a few hours before the match. Given what I read after buying them, I was expecting not to receive them. The tickets are in the same area as I bought them, they are not next to each other as I bought them (though they are close, this sucks because I am with my wife and not fond of being away during a match. will try to trade places. heading to the stadium soon will update once I get in. the poor customer service, unnecessary stress, unresponsiveness is all true. Recommend any other reliable ticket company but they did deliver the tickets to my hotel.

This organisation is nothing short of criminal. Its fraud pure and simple.

I paid a fortune for tickets which I never received, and never got reimbursed.

iT IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER BOUGHT TICKET FROM. I BOUGHT 4 EXPENSIVE TICKETS, I COULD NOT PAY IT FIRST, THEY CALLED IN 10 SECONDS TO HELP.
AFTER THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY E TICKETS, I TRIED TO CALL THEM, I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM, NO ANSWERS, DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!
I WAS IN BARCELONA AND TWO HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE E TICKETS.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!!!!!!

At last we get the "tickets" in a dirty hotel bar in the morning, the match started on the same day 12.00 - but we didn't get an information, that the match will start 1 hour bevor time, what was changed 2 days bevor. - Fortuitously I read it in newspaper.
I paid "Gold" but I get tickets in the last line of the stadion under the roof.
And of course, like other here: we paid more than times as much for the tickets. Yes, we were fools, but was the first time und we hadn't an idea....

I bought tickets for the milan-inter match in october without reading any reviews. After they told me I will get them just 24 hours before the event I started to get very nervous and I searched for some reviews.. that obviously did not help.
I read so many people saying that the tickets never arrived and I was so scared as we were flying from spain to milano just to see the match.
Whenever I wrought or call to the delivery department they told me I will get the tickets by mail 2 days prior to the event. Two days before they told me that the tickets could not be e-tickets so that I should give them the apartment/hotel address so that they could bring the paper tickets to me. The day before I was so nervous that I still did not have any clue about what to do, so at the evening I called the delivery department and they told me their representant in milan will get in touch with me as soon as he could. Just half and hour after, he wrought me via wpp and we arranged a place and a hour to pick them up. Alessandro was very nice, he gave us the tickets and he made sure to meet us so that the delivery was made the safest way possible. The seats where great (same location I picked in the web) and we had an amazing time!
After all the coments and reviews I read I do not think I will recomend anybody to buy their tickets here but in case you already have bought yours, be calm because sometimes it does turn out just perfect!

I wish I had the option to leave 0 star. This is the worst company ever!!! I bought ticket for Barcelona Lyon champions league. There were not cheap ticket and the money was taken out of my account right away! I received an email saying that I would only get the Ticket the same day of the game. As I was nervous I looked for reviews, which were not good. So I decided to call their customer service line... after waiting for a while, I finally got someone on the phone who was very rude!! Soon after my call I receive an email saying that the ticket were 100% guaranteed and that the ticket will arrive later during the day. Few hours later I got another email saying that my order was canceled!!! Of course customer service is not responding anymore... and to top it off I won’t have my money back for another 30 days!!! Worst company ever!!! Do not use this site for ticket!! You will only get ripped off !!!

Please do not make the same mistake I did by giving the odd good review the benefit of the doubt. I ordered tickets for my partners birthday as I had also arranged for us to go to Barcelona.

When I realised there was a football match on for the Champions League I immediately
wanted tickets. Stupidly, I purchased the tickets from this horrendous company. I emailed them constantly for weeks, reiterating how important it was that I receive tickets for my boyfriends birthday. I was emailed at least once a week saying that I’d be delivered tickets.

Once we had landed, I received an email that tickets were ‘100% guaranteed and that I’d receive them by 7pm. Around 1pm I received an email stating the tickets has been cancelled. I rang them straight away and they said the supplier couldn’t provide tickets and that they’re ‘sorry’. Sorry just doesn’t cut it, thank you for ruining something I had meticulously planned for months.
