Even 1 Star is too much for them! They are worst internet scammers I’ve seen in my whole life! They sent completely different shoes after more than 15 business days and then wanted me to pay again for my ordered shoes because “warehouse messed up and they are having a cost” and also tried to convince me that those shoes I got are very beautiful and I can give them someone for a present and they will give “the best discount for that person to buy me my shoes”! The discount is 5%! It’s unbelievable what bulshit they have said... I lost $120 and telling everyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I bought a pair of shoes on the online ahora. It took about 15 days for the shoes to me. The price is very cheap, but the shoes are cracked at the bottom of the shoes for a week. The refund is not cost-effective, so I can only put it on hold.

Been searching for a certain pair of boots for over a year. Finally saw them on this site. Ordered, delivered in 3 days. Perfect in every way. Thank you

Sent wrong size shoes. I then had to pay for correct size to be sent and charged a restocking fee. Never again, bad business!

Such bad business! To treat tried and true customers so badly!! I've been a longtime customer and would have appreciated a heads up before they just closed their online door !! I used Google protection for my last purchase and l requested their assistance in getting my money back ! Good luck to all of us !!

This lesson tells me to use purchase protection to cover your self like PayPal or make sure your credit card has built in purchase protection!!

Ordered shoes and I tried to return a pair and they came back to me as not deliverable. I can't reach the company - no website and no working phone number. I would like some answers!

I guess they did close! Too bad, some really great deals on some awesome shoes. Pretty bad phone service and they never answered emails!

After desperately needing a boot care kit for my recently (5 pairs!) Of new Dr martens I bought, I couldn't find the care kit anywhere online. I live in a snowy/rainy climate, and didn't want my new boots to be ruined after one wear. Onlineshoes.com had what I was looking for, and for a better price than any other site with backordered product. I will definitely be buying from onlineshoes.com again.

2 email 30 phone calls and did not reach a person

I bought a pair of sandals, before I contacted them they didn't say anything about they going to close their business, now after they sent me the return LABEL, I sent them back their ITEM, now I can't reach out them, the phone number it's not working. Now I loose everything, because I already sent the ITEM back to their address. Please God help me with this issue.

They will not return emails or even try to contact you. Except to send you a bill. And to think I wanted to order more shoes. If I don't get my return label soon then no one will be getting any money! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bur. So please send me my return label and everything will be ok! R.D.O.

I've been trying to get through online or on the phone for a week. Finally realized they are no longer in business. This was a great company to do business with-once upon a time. Now I have a very pricey pair of shoes that are too small and can't find a way to get them returned. Gave up and reported them to my CC company today. I am not alone. The phone queue for the one number that apparently is still in service told me I was 193 in line this afternoon.

I bought a pair of shoes on line on sale and am trying to replace them with a smaller size. The issue is that I cannot get the sale price back on line. I need to figure out how to get the same price for a smaller size.

I am so frustrated with the poor customer service provided at OnlineShoes.com. I have purchased several times from their site and have been satisfied with the product and promptness of order fulfillment. However, I needed to exchange one purchase because the size charts were not accurate. I did the exchange online and it refunded my original purchase and charged me for a second time for the exchange but did not apply the promotional code I used on the first order. It was 20% off on a $250 purchase so I tried to contact customer service to see if they could make an adjustment but after three attempts to call and hold for 30+ minutes each time plus email with no response, I ultimately paid the higher price and let it go. Today I needed to reach customer service about a recent order and waited for over an hour before I finally reached someone. Although I like many of the brands carried on their sites (shoes.com and onlineshoes.com) I probably will not order from them again because their customer service is so poor. After reading more reviews I can see my experience is typical -- shop at your own risk because they do not offer customer support!"
