From start to finish absolutely amazing service Richard was amazing stress free process always replied to emails calls and answered any questions. He outlined everything clearly but with no pressure at all, giving us very sound advice and guidance. Costs were also made very clear. Communication, phone, email and face to face, was always clear and timely. He also suggested Forever Legal solicitors to deal with the legalities, and we have been very pleased with their service too. All in all we could not have asked for better service and highly recommend.

Very poor service and a frustrating experience.

I sent all requested documents over promptly, but the process was extremely slow and I constantly had to chase for updates. After more than 8 days I was still waiting for a decision in principle that never arrived.

I was repeatedly told “I’ll get it done tonight” or given assurances that things were moving forward, but nothing actually happened. When dealing with something as important as a mortgage, clear communication and reliability are essential.

The service may work for very straightforward applications, but based on my experience the follow-up and urgency simply were not there. I eventually lost confidence and would not recommend.

My mortgage application was quite complex as my income is mainly from Company Dividends. Richard Davidson worked through all the issues and requirements and connected me with a suitable lender. After the introduction he continued to communicate well and remained pro-active. I could not fault any aspect of the service!! :)
