Don't know if SCAM is the right word since the ESTA you manage through them gets actually processed. Mine was approved in the same day. You can check it in the official .gov website with you application number. It has tipically taken me a few days to get it. But definitely no value for the super extra charge and totally shady in trying to represent a government agency and hiding the cost. Should be blocked or at least forced to be trasparent. Some might find worth their "assitance" in the process. I don't. I was fooled into thinking it was the official page I've used in the past.

Total Scam. What is also frustrating is that it is a Sponsored Google link. Google needs to step up and shut this scam down. $99 USD for nothing!! I emailed them and they tried to justify their fee. They should be put on a scam list where banks will reject payments to them.

Scam, please don´t be an idiot like me and pay 99$ for your ESTA. Normally it costs 21$... Anyone who works there is a disgrace.

IT LOOKED LIKE THE GENUINE WEBSITE, YOU'RE ASKED WHAT SEEM LIKE GENUINE QUESTIONS. I DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING WRONG TILL THE COST AND THE DISCLAIMER AT THE END. LOOKED ON TRUSTPILOT THEN RANG MY BANK STRAIGHTAWAY AND GOT CARD BLOCKED. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE WEB ADDRESS AT THE START. NOW HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE THING AGAIN - ON THE RIGHT SITE!!

TOTAL SCAM

That page is a total scam. I entered all my information believing it was the official website and then, I received an email with a charge of $98 dollars for the service! The ESTA Visa has a value of $21. I don't understand how I could fall into that trap.

SCAM!!!! It's not the real USA site....

I used the ESTA service again for my sisters application. Got the same good customer support. I will use this for my parents as well when they will travel to the US in february. Very good service.

I did not know what to expect when applying for the ESTA, but these guys made it easy and convenient. I made a mistake in my application and they came back to me and fixed the issue. Honestly, a lot smoother than I thought it would be. Cheers!

A definite scam. Presented themselves as the government website and after you fill in all your details hit you for a $98 fee, The Government website cost is $21. This website and operators should be shut down.

SCAM they rank their search higher than the official one and charge 80 dollars instead of 14, NOT happy

Scam! Put their website as an ad at the very top when you search ESTA, makes it seem like you're on the official website. Paid a lot more money than what I would've if I went on the government website. It has a fine small print at the very bottom that the website is not affiliated with the government.

Let's just hope I get the actual ESTA!!

In my haste, I’ve just been caught out by these thieves -why on earth hasn’t the US immigration office taken these guys out!!!!!

I’ll be sure to spread the word everywhere I possibly can - just so wrong!!!

Thieves!!!! They pretent to be official but aren't!!! Apply direct to embassey and save $$$.
