Ordered morel speakers got an email that the speakers were not in stock would take 7-10 to ship i called to cancel the order they said 3-5 days to get the refund weeks passed kept calling no refund had to file dispute after 6 weeks of waiting these people will try their best to keep your money

Friendly customer service, part was back ordered but they kept in contact. Prices are good. Only feedback, took awhile to receive the part but I’ll come back.

I placed an order that was suppose to ship in 2 days. I kept calling Noone knew what was going on with my item! Finally 3 weeks later I canceled my order. I didn't receive the refund so I called again to find out they ignored my cancelation and sent the item out. I had done ordered it elsewhere. I called back and told them I canceled it out and they said there was a misunderstanding on there end. I told them I wanted it canceled and my refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. I don't know if this place is a legit business or not. I do know it's bullshit I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Order a dsp and got a email saying special order that it will be shipped out 7 to 10 days it's been more than 2 weeks called them today they try to say that it was taking long than they thought stay away this company dose not do business like they should

ordered online for a reserve camera, got an email, need back order, which takes 7-10 business days, emailed and called in to cancel.

Refund shall be issue in 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks, called in, emailed again, the answer was it is in the priority list, but result is-- no refund. Look like a scammer, watch out

Ordered recones for prv speakers..
company didn’t specify the recone kit was on backorder…I cancelled the order, I was promised a refund over a month ago. I called 5 times.…still no refund!

I purchased a battery from this dealer; there was no issue getting what I ordered, and it came in a timely manner. My problem was that when I took it to get installed in my truck, it would not fit. I had ordered the wrong size, so I contacted them to return it. I received the label and took it to the UPS store to drop it off. About two weeks later, they got back to me, telling me that I had sent the wrong item back in the box. I'm wondering if anyone else has been through this. I will be seeking other avenues. They kept the battery, telling me that I had to pay for return shipping. I asked for proof of them receiving and opening it, and they couldn't provide me with this. This was a very disappointing experience with this seller.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered a set of boat speakers, and none of the items were delivered on time. Communication was extremely frustrating—the representative I spoke with did not provide honest or helpful information.

I returned the unused speakers as instructed, and it has now been almost a month without receiving my refund. The delay is unacceptable, and the lack of follow-up or accountability is concerning.

Due to this situation, I have decided to escalate the matter and involve my attorney to pursue resolution. I strongly recommend others proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

7 weeks and I still don't have my order... I was told so many different stories. Its in transit, now on backorder, we can switch you to a different product. Never contacted me throughout I had to initiate everything. I called the distributor Electromedia direct and turns out it was never on backorder. The day I called to confront the manager Maria that I knew it wasn't on backorder. It was magically back in stock she said. Now 7 days later it still hasn't arrived in their warehouse California to California shipping. I've never had such a sketchy experience shopping like this. Nobody really knows anything its all through the warehouse which you cant speak with. Takes a half hour on the phone each time to get any information. Were my speakers ever ordered to begin with? Just so much bad and wrong here. Throughout my wait I was never treated like a customer should. Even when I spent almost 4k. Wow just wow. Pay the premium elsewhere.

If you don’t ever want to receive the product buy from here. Been waiting a month order status never shipped. When you call they talk for 2 minutes then put you on hold for 40. And here’s the good part they still can’t tell you anything about your order.

I've waited 6 days for speakers they're listing and selling that they don't have in stock, which means they order from the manufacturer. I called today 6 times before I got through, only to find out that I still have to wait 3 more days for them to even receive the speakers, then wait another 4 or 5 days to have them shipped from them to the east coast. I asked to cancel the order, and they acted like they didn't want to cancel, stating, "the item has already been ordered." I told them not to worry about it.. I'll wait for the speakers, but I'll never purchase another item from this company, especially when i can order from the manufacturer and get items in half the time for the same price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered something and said my debit card was approved and went through. But when I called to see when they were gonna ship my items they said there was something wrong with my debit card.

Hello my name is Anthony Sutton I order a prv 6.5 bullet speaker I can complain about the product because I never received it. I order it and almost 2 weeks later still haven't received it and call twice and was never told it was on back order so here I am waiting like a idiot for something they don't even have to ship. Place is a joke REFUND!!!!!! Never order nothing from this place if you want it because you mite not get it unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

This company practices online fraud and theft! You have to file a fraudulent claim with your credit card company just to get your money back! Don’t waste your time and money with this online crime ring!

Recieved my order 3 days later as described. Insanely fast free shipping. They were also the lowest priced for this particular item. This site is mainly for folks who know what they need and their compatibility.

These guys false advertisement I ordered a Kenwood deck 1058xr one of the workers kept reaching out to me, so I figure give um the business and order one I spent around 1600 for a new deck two days later I get the product all stoked ready to install in my vehicle come to find out it was used scratches all on the mount that holds the screen dust all over it missing all the adapters plugs I was pissed, iam also a business man, I never do anyone dirty like this ever in my years running business id be a shame of my self if I was the owner of this place never again I shop here
