So far my experience has been good as I am a new student. From registration ,to financing and induction everything has been good. The induction was superb which made me understand my journey better. so far i
m impressed.

I have attended my course induction today for level 4 and 5. Mike was very informative of the information he has given. Made me feel more at ease enabling me to understand more about how I should proceed with my course material and my assignments.

Mike made it easy to understand and navigate through course contents in general as well as useful insights on how to tackle assignments and all the help and resources available to us.
He literally covered all my questions and further provided some useful tips. Thank you.

My advice is do not pay in full upfront!

This was purchased for my son and failed to meet expectations. The material is out dated, the structure and learning are poor, communication is completely lacking. The lessons aren’t detailed or consistent. In my view the contract obligations are unfulfilled and this is a business I would ever recommend to colleagues, associates or friends.

They refused to engaged in request to cancel and refund the full costs charged, even after notification of failure to meet stated expectations and contracts within a short period of time. They will try to suggest minimal time was spent on the platform, yet they failed to honour the cooling off period and now we will seek legal action for recovery of funds as a result. It is easy to review and easily see the material, lessons and structure is, in our opinion, inadequate.

My experience with this organisation has been appalling. The interactions I deem to be unprofessional, with no awareness of customer service. Having achieved multiple degrees and Masters (all studied and Non Honorary), alongside driving commercial and business training, I speak from a position of knowledge.

There is no issue on the side of the individual/student commitment or capability in this case, it is in our opinion a failing to meet contractual obligations and suitable up to date educational material.

I am sure they will counter this and assert many are happy. My advice is do your homework into the business and course.

I recently attended an introductory online video call for a course I’m starting, and it left a very positive impression. The tutor, who is clearly very experienced, demonstrated a deep knowledge of the subject. His calm and gentle approach made the session engaging, and his thorough explanations were incredibly helpful. He took the time to go into detail about the course structure, key focus areas, and practical tips for success. I feel well-prepared and confident about moving forward, thanks to his insightful guidance.

I can honestly say that my experience over the last 3 years with
Online Business School has been both productive and rewarding. I
realise everyone has different circumstances regarding their study
needs however my main one was flexibility, Online Business School
provided this in excess because I was able to take an unplanned break
for a year and seamlessly resume where I left off with no issues
whatsoever. I cannot thank Online Business School enough for this
because the majority of people who choose this remote learning option
also have to juggle the unforeseen events that life throws at them
alongside the course and this can be challenging. Online Business
School have proven to be adept in professionally handling this aspect
of the student journey.

The tutors seem more than competent in their knowledge of the topics
and consistently provided the relevant feedback in a timely manner
whenever a question was asked. For the sake of transparency I must add
that I never needed to contact the tutors on a regular basis because
the online resource materials were sufficient for me, however when I
needed encouragement, motivation and inspiration I found the tutors
were never slow to supply this.

I would also like to give a mention to Laura in Student Support who
provided a consistent point of reference and always seemed to go above
and beyond in terms of anything asked of her. Staff members like her
who clearly enjoy their job and genuinely like students make you feel
like you are part of a learning community and not simply a remote
student number being routinely processed.

I’m in no doubt that there are reviews of Online Business School that
may be less flattering than mine but I’m now heading into the final
year of my course and very much looking forward to it, I knew what I
wanted and expected when I signed up and these expectations have not
only been met they have been exceeded, so all I can add is I hope
everyone who chooses the remote learning path has the same experience
with Online Business School that I have had so far.
