Dear Oney Auchan+ Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the overall customer support experience and the usability of the Oney Auchan+ application.
Firstly, the customer support service is extremely inefficient. Customers are required to wait for almost one and a half hours just to have their call answered, which is unacceptable for a financial service provider and creates significant frustration.
Secondly, the mobile application frequently presents technical issues. It is very difficult to verify personal or account data, as the app often fails to load properly or becomes unresponsive. Additionally, accessing account statements through the app is unnecessarily complicated. Exported documents take a very long time to open, making it impractical for users who simply need to consult their information.
In my opinion, account statements should be sent directly by email, rather than forcing customers to access them exclusively through an application that does not function reliably.Overall, there is a clear need for improvement in both user experience within the application and customer service response times. Enhancing these areas would significantly improve customer satisfaction and trust in your services.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and that meaningful improvements will be made.

I did eventually get a resolution
I did eventually get a resolution, but it required more follow-up on my part than I would’ve liked. I don’t regret using the service, but I also wouldn’t actively recommend it to others.
