Poor customer service
Ordered product on 13th June with 1st class royal mail tracked delivery costing £5.70 to arrive on 19th June (father's day). Still hadn't been dispatched by 17th June. Made multiple attempts to contact one society by phone and email with no reply or explanation. Eventually dispatched and arrived 23rd June. Subsequent to that received an email to say they were sorry, everyone in the office had covid. I had no issues with this but questioned why they couldn't let me know this beforehand, and if they could refund by delivery fee. Followed up this email again and still had no reply.

Thank you for getting in touch. Due to us all having covid for that period of time over 2 weeks we were unable to be in the shop to make sure the environment was clean and safe for our customers when we got back.
We are happy you did eventually get your parcel and hope your are enjoying the products :)
Again terribly sorry about this delay , we hate making our lovely loyal customers wait for the items they pay for.

No more struggle
I used to shop with another well known beard grooming company, until they got greedy and out priced themselves.
I love the one society products and the scents are really good (they seem better now than ever, new recipes?)
My beard is long and strong, smells great too.
Please do some merch with the artwork on, and some stickers etc.
Keep those prices competitive and I'll stick with you guys till the end.

beard oil and butter -bubblegum
Got it from my husband, as a gift. So far so good. the smell is intensive (I got bubblegum). The oil is good, not better or worst than other high street available products, but the beard butter is very 'buttery', takes time to absorb, yet smooth enough to apply on beard. Early days to say if makes beard softer. As for packing it came with standard envelop, and with a leaflet which had nothing to do with product, which was a bit confusing. In general ok.
