My bike broke down after just two days
My bike broke down after just two days, making a clicking sound when pedaling. After filing a complaint directly with Peloton, they ordered a spare part and scheduled a technician, which took over two weeks. On the day of the repair, the technician had no idea how to fix the bike and ended up damaging it even more. He also failed to assemble it properly.
Peloton agreed to replace the entire chassis, and I was told to wait another two weeks. Then, the shipping company arrived to pick up the faulty bike but didn’t bring the replacement due to miscommunication between Peloton and their contractors. Now, I’m waiting yet another two weeks, and all I’ve received are apologies—nothing more. This issue has been ongoing for over a month and is still unresolved. Horrible customer support.
Low quality bike and liars
I ordered a bike+ from the Germany store.I called them and I told them I would take the bike to the Netherlands and this was all fine.
Within a month the pedal broke and the bike started making a weird clicking noise. This is a common problem with their bikes (look it up on youtube and reddit).
I contacted support and they would send me a new bottom bracket and a new pedal. The next day I still didn't receive a confirmation. So contacted support again and then they said that I would have to pay for it since I voided the warranty. However in the whole buying process with multiple calls this was never mentioned.
And the fact that the bike broke in a month didn't seem to matter them to. Stay away from these poor bikes and support.

Extremely Disappointing Service from Peloton Germany (Stuttgart)
I purchased the Peloton bike on June 10th, and it is now July 5th, yet the delivery has not been made. I am deeply frustrated with Peloton Germany's service. The delivery company they work with only schedules appointments according to their own convenience, completely disregarding the customer's needs.
To make matters worse, due to logistical issues, deliveries have been suspended for the past two weeks, and Peloton has failed to offer any viable solutions. Instead, they have simply shifted blame onto the delivery company, claiming that they made several attempts to contact me. Considering the significant investment of €1500 I made for the bike, this level of service is truly unacceptable.
It is disheartening that their only solution is for me to return the product. The service they have provided is simply atrocious, considering the high price tag of the bike.

- contents are generally really good…
- contents are generally really good (although it would be great to also be able to use the monitor for own, smart phone connected purposes)
- hardware seems solid, although in my bike there is an annoying slight noise and vibration resistance (coming from the bicycle chain in the chain case) noticeable during cycling
- although it would perfectly fit, there is no specific triathlon training unfortunately

Amazing bike!
Everything great so far. The bike’s quality is fantastic and the videos are fantastic. We are enjoying the process and are looking forward to improving ourselves over time.
Love the product, customer service was a nightmare.
I had a terrible experience with the delivery and it gave me a huge headache and months of back and forth. I didn't feel I was given the compensation I deserved.
Other than that, I like the bicycle and the classes.

I kind of wish there was more selection especially on the weekend when I have time. However that being said, there are still hundreds of other pre-recorded classes to browse. But I like the live motivation. So that is what I wish more of.
Welcome to my worst nightmare and customer support hell
When will my peloton be rescheduled to be delivered? I haven’t heard back from you. This is not a good start to the peloton experience at all and let me outline all the pain points I’ve experienced so far and I haven’t even received my bike yet
1. I try to order a peloton in November and can’t put in a desired delivery date so instead I chat to someone in the chat box and they say oh there’s someone who will reach out to you and I ask if there can be a note with my order that says I can only speak English
2. The person calls me to take my credit card information. I ask “is this safe?” She doesn’t seem to know how to answer. Well okay, for a peloton bike, I’ll risk it. I hang up and then I don’t receive a payment confirmation email. When you spend 1200 euros, you kind of want a confirmation that everything went through and you didn’t send money to a scam artist. So I reach out to the chat box on the same night to ask for confirmation email and they send it to my work email. Crisis averted.
3. I have to wait for someone to call me without any advanced warning when they’re going to call. I have to work from 8-6 pm most days and so this is hard for me to set aside time when I don’t know when someone is going to call
4. After back and forth missing the calls, I call the scheduling team back and they say I need to wait for my call
5. finally have the free time to get the scheduling team on the phone and I ask for January 31 deliver date from 2-9 pm time slot. I asked them are you sure it’s written down as the 31 and not 13 as I’m aware that in German, the numbers are said differently than English
6. Guess what??? Today is January 13. And guess who’s at my house? The delivery team.
7. In the middle of my massage during my vacation in Spain, i received 4 calls from some frantic person saying they’re waiting at my house and they’ve been waiting an hour. It’s also 11:14 am and not even the time slot that I requested. I am explaining to them that the date is a mistake.
8. They ask if anyone else is at home and I’m saying no and they’re still screaming at me in German which I can’t understand
9. I write an email to customer support while I’m laying on a massage table asking for help on this situation. My massage is basically ruined at this point.
10. I don’t receive any response to my email from customer support. I don’t know when my peloton bike will be delivered.
11. I try reach out to customer support the next day on chatbot DE and it says the chatbox is closed, please click on the link to this other chatbox which is the USA team. There's 14 people ahead of me in the queue. It's 6:09 pm.
12. I finally get an agent. They can't find me by email or phone number in their system. Turns out my email was missing the o in .com and the phone number had an extra 0 at the end
13. The chat bot team says they will transfer me to the DE support team, it's now 7:09 pm so 1 hour since I started the chat boy
14. i sit on the chatbox for 10 minutes. Nothing. It's 7:19 pm now.
15. Okay I try again with the chatbox by tapping main menu > delivery and there's 1 person ahead of me. It's 7:21 pm now and another chatbot agent joins and then again says they will transfer me to the DE support team...
16. I am waiting and waiting...no one has joined the chat...it's 7:41 pm now
17. I give up, I'm going back to main menu > returns and exchanges > cancel order. There's 1 person ahead of me.
18. It's 7:45 pm now. i have now wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my life. i get an agent and he says he can't help cancel my order because it's the USA chatbot "We are really sorry for the issue, but depending on the country we have different teams, this order is not form our country and we are not able to help you!"
19. I spend 30 minutes asking him what can i do instead and he just keeps repeating to get in touch with German support team but doesn't provide me any way to do that. It's now 8:00 pm
At this point, I want a refund. I don’t know why I spent 1200 euros and wasted 2 hour of my life on this anymore when it’s caused me so much pain

Great bike with great library of workouts
The experience so far has been satisfactory.
Ridiculous monthly fees
Fees for the membership go up and you're completely locked in even though you paid a fortune for the bike. The fee costs more than a gym membership where I get everything the bike offers and more. I am now stuck with a barely usable bike due to their greedy software practices.
Avoid and just get a bike that has a stand for a tablet and buy a separate tablet which won't lock you in. Fees can change at any time. They should at least have a free tier with ads since I already paid them so much for the bike...

I love this bike
I love this bike - I got it as a substitute for a gym contract (which cost a bit more) as I travel a lot and I was slightly worried that I'd miss the variety of classes at the gym and the energy from a live class. But the on demand classes are EXCELLENT, so full of energy. I'm even sticking through to the end of the yoga classes, whereas I usually get bored doing yoga at home. And the bike build quality, app, etc. are all very good. Definitely a very happy purchase

Upon requesting a return i have never received any response. Apparently their German customer service is not existing anymore too. American chat claims to have open tickets but i never received any communication. By now the 100 days are over so i cannot return it....
UPS : After many many attempts the return finally happened and i got the money back.
