This company is absolute TRASH. I have never experienced the incompetence and absolute lack of customer service as I have with OneOne. I ordered in JULY, returned my package within a week of receiving it, and I STILL do not have a refund. I have the confirmation/tracking that it was delivered back to the company. They claim they have a "30 day" turnaround, but this is apparently thirty days from each interaction with them???

I’ve had a horrible experience. Although the swimwear is very cute, my return is pending for almost two months already. I keep emailing and i get some response saying they are backed up with returns. One email said they would give me 50
Percent off my next purchase but never a code to make that happen (and i would not buy anything from theme ever again anyway). I will file a dispute with my credit card at this point .

Their bikinis are stunning and comfortable. I got asked by randoms where i got it from 💕✨✨

I have all sorts of brands of swimsuits and this is by far the best one. 10/10 for quality, customer service, styles and price !!! I’ve worn them 100 times over and the color has yet to fade!

I have been buying oneone bikinis for years! They are always so flattering and have the best color combos.

I first discovered in Anthropologie and tried a set. Now I own 5 sets of their kameron top & jesse bottoms already, and when they say it’s the perfect fit, they really mean it. Perfect fit & perfect quality. I’ve never loved a swimwear brand this much.

I ordered a couple of swimsuits in July. When I requested a packing slip to return, I was encouraged to do store credit. I wanted a refund. After 1 month I asked where my refund was. I was again told I could have store credit- I did not want this as I tried multiple styles and they do not work with large chests. Now after 2 months I am still waiting for a $267 refund.

Great fit, great quality material. Perfect amount of “cheeky” and conservative.

The only bikinis I will wear. The patterns are unmatched and the color ways are so bright and eye catching. I get so many compliments! The stitching is extremely well done and made with high quality fabrics. And most importantly, the people making these bikinis are paid a liveable wage! Love oneone , I’m a dedicated customer forever.

Never got a refund. They are messing around. I purchased three bikinis end of June, asked for a refund in early July, and still waiting for the refund, they always give an excuse and want to give me credit back
Per the return policy they have to do a refund within 30 days. I'll contact my local office consumer division to file a complaint

I purchased from oneone swim at the end of May 2024. I returned my purchase June 14th 2024, as the quality in my opinion was not worth the price.

It is SEPTEMBER 2024, three months since I returned my purchase, and I STILL have not received my refund. When I contacted support, I received this: "We regret to inform you that we are experiencing delays in processing refunds, and currently do not have an exact date for when they will be issued. Our goal is to catch up in approximately one month. To compensate for the inconvenience, we are offering you a 50% discount on your next purchase."

Frankly, I am not happy with the customer service and I think it's pretty absurd for a company to excuse this by claiming that they're behind on refunds. What's going on with their funds, then? That makes me concerned and I feel as though I will never get my money back.

I purchased a swimsuit which was too small. I returned in at the end of may and I have yet to receive a refund. It is now the middle of September I have emailed customer service but they keep saying it is pending. I tried to call and no one answered.

I have multiple bikinis from here legit same style and I love every single one of them!!!! Legit best bathing suits!!

I love my OneOne swimsuits! They feel high quality and fit so well. The material is also extremely soft and comfortable. I have been looking for a less cheeky swimsuit and I appreciate that there are different coverage options available for the bottoms.

Best bikinis I’ve ever owned and worn

This company is a scam. I purchased a bathing suit from them and I ended up returning it a few day later. The tracking number showed that the item was delivered back to them 2 days after it was shipped. A week later I contacted them because I never received a refund back to my card. They ended up emailing saying it would take 30 days for a refund, which is a little absurd if you ask me. After the 30 days I still haven’t received the refund so I contacted them again. They said they are working through it and thank you for the patience but I would receive a refund in a week. Well, I never received it. Finally I wrote and email and said I was going to call the credit card company if I didn’t receive a refund asap and they response with thank you for you patience while we work through all the refunds but we do not know when we will be able to refund you. This has been turned over to my cc company as a dispute. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Make sure if you order something you plan to keep it because a month and a half later and they still can’t tell me when I will get my money back….

I have over 8 bikinis from one one and they are all amazing. They really make the girls at top look good! Great customer service as well!!!
