Could do better…
I tried to renew online via the account portal and it wouldn’t work despite being told it would. I also had numerous calls from different agents who didn’t know I’d already been called!

On the whole a good experience
On the whole a good experience. I am a repeat customer on automatic renewal, so it was really useful to get reminders in good time. I had some changes to make so discussed these with assistants, who were respectful and helpful. My only criticism is that it's difficult using the portal to identify which are the new documents to review. So that caused me a little confusion.

Excellent Coverage at a good price
One Insurance offered the most comprehensive cover for the best overall cost. The information provided was easy to understand and the service provided by the team was both friendly and courteous. Jack in particular was very patient and helpful during the process of insuring our unoccupied property. We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Got me out of a hole
I'd had a bit of bad luck and had made "too many claims" on my current provider, making it difficult to not only renew but also to find a new provider. The'r guy was really helpful and, whilst the eventual solution was expensive I didn't get the feeling that I was being milked.
