Remote doesn’t work, hard to get support
They advertise “100% guarenteed to work” on the packaging of the remote i bought, while it in fact, does not work, at all. I followed the manual to a tea and nothing is in fact working… Also it is very difficult to find customer support on the website. Maybe i got unlucky with a factory flaw but i wouldn’t rec :(

I have had occasion to ask for some more obscure technical help with my new remote and once again they have responded brilliantly.
It is most refreshing to come across a company that really believe in and practice customer service.

Company that cares
I have been done fantastic while sorting a remote that had gone faulty. That particular remote is not available any more so I was sent 2 different remotes to try and keep, also a really nice letter and postcard (shipped from Netherlands). They care about their products and look after their customers.
