One of the worst online ticket buying…

One of the worst online ticket buying platform where they mis present the information specifically fare & misleading the passenger once they submit the request to book a ticket. However later they will force or scam you to pay more money for same ticket or change the complete itinerary. This sort of online platform must be complained with respective local department of aviation consumer protection.

Don’t not use this site!!

Don’t not use this site!!! You will not get tickets with what you selected date. And they don’t allow to cancel or change even an hour late after you booked and received emails. In email I found the tickets have wrong date. With that date ticket I cannot catch my booked cruise.

I spent whole day to call them without resolution. Also tickets were not found from airline site with confirmation number from emails. That means tickets were not created.
Don’t use this site onedollarfly it will not give your tickets.

Bait & Switch

Booked with One Dollar Fly for quoted rate. Received an email that said "Your booking request is submitted and currently being processed. Once ticketed we will email the electronic tickets. Fares and seat availability are only guaranteed once your ticket is officially issued by the airline. Airfares fluctuate constantly based on airline availability. There may be a hold on your card as pre-authorization to verify funds. If your flight becomes unavailable or the price changes during processing, our team will contact you immediately with alternative options or updated pricing. You will not be charged the higher fare without your explicit consent." Well, the airline didn't agree to their proposed rate so One Dollar called me and said I could fly different dates for the rate they quoted or pay an additional (almost) $500. I told them neither situation worked for me and I didn't authorize the booking. They basically said it was too late and they confirmed the booking with the airline. I argued with them and hung up and locked my credit card. I received a booking confirmation from the airline and had to call them and explain what happened and they confirmed the booking ultimately did not go through. Bait & Switch company!!!! Stay away!

Straight up terrible

My boyfriend and I have vastly different budgets when it comes to travel, and because of how his family is with money, they insisted he could buy his own flight to ATL from Orlando on southwest.

When we got to the kiosk to get our boarding passes, his would not work, so we asked the desk attendant. She couldn’t find his flight record of him purchasing and when she did eventually find it; he couldn’t be checked in. I called them twice, first time they hung up, second time I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before giving up. Apparently, the money was refunded earlier in the week but the email was sent to a completely different email. Not like a misspelling that would be understandable- completely different.

Due to a flight delay we were able to get him on my flight after he was on standby, but it’s completely insane to send a confirmation email and a “your money had to be refunded” email to different addresses. Especially with how there was no other way to tell until 2-3 hours before the flight took off. The “mistake” cost me $200 dollars to fix in the end, and I never got a chance to argue with the website.

My boyfriend is no stranger to off website booking for flights, and nothing like this has ever happened. I recommend just using something slightly more expensive and avoiding the hassle all together. This website prays on people in worse off situations, and if I hadn’t been there with the money available to pay the $200, he would have no other way of getting on the flight. Shameful.

Fraud scam

Fraud scam! Bait and switch. They will change your date and time. They talk in circles. Run far away. Horribly rude customer service agent will tell you to learn to read and what did I expect it was too cheap to expect anything else. She said on a recorded line “we can’t give tickets says for that price”

Disappointed Traveler

After reading quite a few other reviews, it sounds like I'm not alone when it comes to being told I had to pay more in order get the same flight I had originally booked with no restrictions.

Shame on me for NOT reading the fine print, but this doesn't seem right. When you talk to a representative, they use words like "it's urgent that you call back so I can get with the airlines to hold your seat, or if you don't call back soon, we'll have to change your flight date." In my case this was moving my flight date from 8/8 to 9.2. Ridiculous!

I'm currently on-hold so that Kaiden can call United Airlines to make sure the change I just made by paying $140 more is confirmed. This is the last time I will go this route for booking airfare. A note to everyone, READ THE FINE PRINT before using this company.

Airfare of $384 skyrocketed to $834

Airfare of $384 skyrocketed to $834 - an increase of $486. I chose to keep my initial reservation / dates/ departure/arrival times, etc and found out the VERY HARD WAY that this firm is trolling and selling at wholesale reservations that cannot be confirmed, guaranteed, or otherwise honored. Very dishonest for people who are looking to save a few dollars.
NEVER AGAIN.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH GETTING A FLIGHT! THEY DO FALSE ADVERTISING BY SELLING ON A PRICE AND ONCE THEY GET YOUR CARD NUMBER THEY WANT TO CHARGE DOUBLE TO TRIPLE THE AMOUNT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! SO FOR A 1 WAY ONLY THEY CHARGED $294 AND THEN WANTED TO ADD ANOTHER 69.18 FOR WHAT IDK BUT YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND AT ALL SO YOU EITHER PAY IT OR LOSE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT GIVE INTO THEIR TACTICS

BAIT AND SWITCH. They’ll call you until you pick up after booking telling you that if you read T&C they have the right to increase your price by $600 or more. If you do mess up and book through them DO NOT GIVE IN. Refuse and refuse and argue all you want. In the end refuse and they will cancel your “flight” and not charge you. They are scammers and deserve to be treated as such.

If I could give this place a negative…

If I could give this place a negative number I would. This place is BAD NEWS !!! A RIP-OFF !!! I purchased a $560.08 ticket for a specific time frame... and that is exactly what I wanted... but that's not what I got. I ordered the ticket and they didn't send any ticket information right away... but charged me roght away. So... I thought to myself... maybe they were busy.... so I waited. A little while later they call me back and say that the flight for the time frame that I wanted was not able to be had at the price that I had paid and that for $400 more the flight that I wanted would be able to be had. I knew there were cheaper flights than $960 - $1000... so I told him "that's alright... since they were unable to get the flight I wanted... at the price they had quoted me... I don't want the tickets. He then he tells me that the tickets are non-refundable... but I could pay an extra amount and get the ticket times I originally wanted. RIGHT !!! THIS PLACE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!

Jordan Cooper was Helpful

Very bad experience. They said if you want to buy the desired date and time, pay 400 more usd. Plus they made ticket to other destination via my destination. Airlines didn’t allow short check in of bag and I had to buy a new ticket of 400 usd again. So I ended paying 1000 usd against their initial shown price of 197. Ridiculous.
