Horrible experience ,they come back after confirming your flight telling you that you can’t bring in luggage and you have to pay more. They had to change my departure time and departure airport and arrival, very bad. I will never use them again.

Upselled us to over $100 what ticket is worth. It doesn't state when you book your ticket that you can't check a bag and the one personal item to carry on has to be under 5 lb and no clothing! They are restricted tickets.

While googling to buy an one way ticket between FAR and ORD, I came across One Dollar Fly website offering cheapest fare of 181.57$ and put my card and did the booking. I got a confirmation email stating that I will be receiving separate email with e-ticket from the airline. Next day morning, I have received another email from One Dollar Fly asking me to contact them or reach out to them urgently. When I called them, I was told this ticket is totally restricted with no carry on bag or checked in bag allowed - this is totally unacceptable for me. I had a long conversation and they wanted me to pay an additional 480.98$ to book on another airline besides 181.57$. I said I am not interested to proceed with this booking and requested them to cancel the same since the airline has not issued the ticket. They said they will go ahead and debit this amount of 181.57 and issue the ticket. I said they cannot simply issue a ticket in this fare and even the airline doesn't have such a fare and how can they issue a ticket? Being a IATA travel consultant, I know only airlines are allowed to issue a proper air ticket and not any travel consultant. I have sent them a strong email to take it up with US DOT for malpractice and trying to gullible passengers. This is a warning message to all the passengers who come across One Dollar Fly website offering cheap fare. Please stay away them as they are cheats.

This company is a scam!!!!!!!!

They sold me a $140 ticket and then later called me to upsell something more than double the price. They are scammers. I got Very stressed and hated the company I will never buy from them again.

This is a complete scam. I booked tickets to Europe for Xmas and paid for them and they called me back saying that there was no confirmation email from th airline and if I want to keep the seats its another $770 extra, or I can go for the original price, but in the middle of January, defeating the whole point of a xmas trip.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

My purchased three tickets it all went through then I get a call the next morning stating that the price is not valid and that it was a standby ticket which I did not see any of that when I read what I was buying. Then I get a call and appears on my charge card for part of the airline and the other went somewhere else would I recommend this run don't go buy your ticket at higher price and be safe

This company advertises a special price, then calls and emails with “Urgent” messages to say the flight details you chose are unavailable at that price. My original price “non-refundable” was $384. Then after the phone call my only option was an additional $575 for a total of $959. Hopefully I can stop payment on my credit card and never use this website again.

Every think is wrong book ticket from ATL to BOS with delta after few hours start calling and wanna add 350 dollar as they said my ticket is not confirm with delta than asking for 150 dollar than offer me ticket Sprit Airline instead of Delta with different date and times. This is scam please beware and then they will tell you did you read terms and condition now if you cancel it the will not refund you anything. Big Scam.

Scammed. I bought a ticket for Christmas. After they accepted my money, they called to say that ticket was not available and they could offer me something for twice the price. I assumed that when my money was accepted, that meant the ticket was issued. But no. Their business model is that they can change your ticket at will but you can't cancel so you are forced to accept a higher price. I tried to cancel, which I should have been allowed to do since it was less than 24 hours since the ticket was bought, but they would not allow it. Protect yourself. Use another site to book a ticket.

SCAMMERS!! I purchased a ticket from them one week ago and after one week I am at the airport right now and I found there is no ticket or anything under my name.. and they are not picking up the call as well I am stuck at the airport now..

SCAMMERS!!! They took my money 3 times with 3 fights within the same day and never got on the flights. They sent funds to Southwest and then they would take them back.....and it declined the charges and they escorted me off the plane (once) and missed another flight and the last one....never got on the plane, it said access denied. I also told them repeatedly NOT to keep charging the card and they did anyway and am currently fighting to get my money back. They talk fast and keep you on the phone while taking your money. They are NOT accredited with the BBB!! I was desperate to find a flight at the airport after missing my flight and these people took me for a lot of money and never got on a flight but spent all day at the airport in tears.

cost me extra 260 usd , after they told me my flight that i booked couldn't be honoured after i was sent email confiming , and couldnt cancel or refund so had no chioce but take the more expensive flight i will never ever deal with these scammers again

I bought a ticket a few days ago awaiting for the confirmation # and never got one. I then called customer service and they told me my flight was booked and then said they'll give me another ticket to another flight same cost. They never sent me a confirmation # again and then they wouldn't pick up any phone calls even tho they SAY they are 24/7 customer care service. They scammed me out of a plane ticket now. They are a scam service and shouldn't be trusted. If I could I'd give zero stars
