Morally bankrupt company. Tie you in to business contracts when you are a consumer. All the representatives speak from the same script. Once committed Vodafone could not see your account. Do not enter into a contract with this company. Be warned.

The complaint you raised to us on 2 March 2026 was regarding the following issues:
Having issues with signal in other areas of work, we can see you've sent us screenshots of the data speed tests which we can see fluctuate with different locations. we can see some areas have very low data speeds
We can also see Onecom are currently dealing with your complaint, for which they've declined your request to cancel all the contracts free of charge
You requested the following resolution to your complaint:
A cancellation of all your contracts free of charge
Following a full investigation, we have summarised our findings and offered the below resolution as full and final settlement of your complaint:
Onecom have rejected the proposal for allowing you to leave the contract free of charge
As the contract is with Onecom the final decision is with them and subsequently their contract to honor
We've offered you a goodwill gesture for £100.00 which you've decided not to accept
Any compensation payments have been offered based on the level of impact that you have explained the complaint had on you. Unfortunately, there's nothing further we'll be able to offer to help resolve your complaint.
Your case is now at 'deadlock' - here are your two options:

CISAS is an independent dispute resolution scheme which offers a free service to help resolve complaints between a customer and a service provider.
If your complaint meets their eligibility criteria, they will complete an investigation, which will result in a final decision. This can include an explanation of what went wrong, along with an apology and/or actions to resolve your complaint.
If you decide to take your issue to CISAS, the offer contained within this email will be withdrawn and Vodafone will await CISAS' final decision. If you accept their decision, it will be binding on us. If you don't accept, you and Vodafone won't be held to it. Please mention that you have received this deadlock response when contacting them.

Hand set problems - Resolved !
We had some problem with our hand sets and their dialing in/out. I was put through to Mr. Gaurav Singh who was incredibly helpful in resolving our problems and went above and beyond to make sure our system was working correctly. I am extremely please with how he handled our issues and could not praise and recommend him enough.

Never ever sign with these people. They established a DD on my account without previous knowledge. Whey I wrote to them they lied they said they sent me a confirmation but they NEVER asked my authorisation of a DD.
Never ever use them. Very dishonest
I contacted them since and they confirm that they took the DD without my consent? So why they are pretending not to know the issue?

Awful service, found out I’d been paying 2 phone bills on to onecom and one to my previous provider, to make it worse not looking like I will get the £547 refund I was told I’d get.
