Have just received my delivery of…
Have just received my delivery of plants, very fast delivery at that! So well packaged and I loved the extra note about how the packaging can be used in the garden (my note said Brett packaged my order and he done a great job!) The extra bamboo canes was a bonus as I’ll use them in future projects! The plants all seem to be in good condition, I had also ordered 4 pots of perennials and I didn’t know what they would be but was very pleased with the selection it was a nice surprised to find out what I had got. Will definitely order again

Ordered 3 plants , received early DPD notification, then received an email , 2 of the plants not available , they would choose 1 alternative and I could choose the other , I have asked for a 100% refund , we will see what they say . Will not use again

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry that your first experience with us was disappointing.
After receiving your photos, we were able to confirm that the incorrect plants had been picked and dispatched in error. The Euonymus Green Spire shrubs you received are a different product to the Euonymus Ball topiary shown on our website. This was a genuine picking error, and not a case of our website images or description being inaccurate.
As soon as we identified the mistake, we apologised and offered to either send the correct Euonymus Ball plants you had ordered while allowing you to keep the incorrectly supplied shrubs, or provide a full refund. We also sent a £5 gift card as an apology for the inconvenience caused.
We sincerely apologise again for this mistake and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Very poor experience
Olive tree delivered perfectly via one courier. DPD not even bothering to try and find my property properly to deliver the planter. Now stuck with a tree and unable to plant, and because of location at risk of having it stolen until I can get the planter. Comms from one click really really poor - has been over 24 hours now and no response to my emails. Very disappointing indeed.

Plants arrived but with no instructions about planting (pond plants so I needed to know how deep to position them). The leaflet said to call for help but I couldn’t get a human to answer. The plants have died. A shame.

The plants you've purchased from us were 2 Olive Trees, 3 Ferns, 3 Verbena bonariensis and 3 Scabious. We don't currently sell pond plants, and we also don't include a leaflet advising customers to call for help, so we believe there may have been some confusion with another retailer.

Still waiting for my order
Ordered a plant on 3rd July, despatch was supposed to be 2-5 working days, the next day we had an email to say it had been despatched and a DPD notification to say they are expecting our parcel…..
It’s now the 13th and we haven’t heard a thing. So that was my first and last order with this company.
It wouldn’t be so bad but they say you can’t cancel the order after despatch without charging you!!!
