Nice plants in a battered box
Plants arrived in a fairly battered package, but once untangled and freed they seem to have survived well. Much of the potting compost was loosened, but I’ve repotted them into larger pots and they’re thriving. This would seem to be a reasonable way to get those rarer specimens that your local garden centre can’t offer, but very dependent of the quality of the carrier

The delivery service is generally plants received within 3/4 days and the quality of plants is outstanding . Always well packaged and in brilliant condition

Replacement plants
I ordered two ilex crenata plants but the courier delivered them to the wrong property. I had to contact the courier company and also One Click Plants. One Click Plants were extremely helpful. They sent two replacement plants which arrived safely at no extra cost. The plants are very healthy and arrived in very good packaging. A very good service by One Click Plants.
