Bait and Switch OneAir membership. Sold an "Elite" membership, after creating an account I am shown as a basic member and "Elite" status is available for a additional monthly fee. The ad didn't mention that you had to be in the U S to open an account. The ad didn't mention the service only covers flights originating in the U S. The link to Rate your purchase, leads to an error code, that prevents any way to warn others of the business practice.
