From the initial meeting with Gemma we just knew her enthusiasm and professionalism would help us with our mortgage requirements. It wasn’t an easy process for Gemma as my age didn’t help and we were hoping for a mortgage over a certain period of time and a monthly payment that was most definitely affordable.

With this in mind she set to work for us constantly keeping us informed of each process, we knew she had others clients to deal with all of which had different requirements yet she managed to answer both our phone calls and emails .

We eventually got the news that our mortgage was in place at the monthly rate we required and over the period of time stipulated. She was absolutely brilliant and so approachable, I would definitely recommend Gemma to act as a Broker, her work ethics are impeccable..Thank you again Gemma
