Great customer service
I ordered a sofa and while the buying process was perfect, it went radio silent for a while afterward with no update. However when I checked, the OnceIt team quickly started chasing things up with the third party supplier of the sofa and from there, Roz and the team were amazing at ensuring updates and safe delivery. Love Once it, they are my go to place for high end end-of-line products and have amazing customer service. When I stupidly added the wrong address to my order, they fixed it up within minutes of me emailing them. Thanks Onceit for being so awesome.

One of the items in my order was incorrect. The Once It team were very helpful and although the item was no longer available, they made sure I had a full refund and even gave me a small credit towards my next purchase. They will lose your returns in their warehouse and then expect you to cover it.Do not trust them to refund you.I correctly filled on a return form and months later they are still refusing to refund. I would call that theft,as I do not have the items

I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with this one order. I have investigated here and can confirm the following. You have been full refunded prior to you submitting this review and the CS team had already resolved this issue. We always aim to please our customers and make sure we go the extra mile, without you we are nothing. However in this instance, the items were sent back to the warehouse with a note and the CS team were not contacted and advised of this return at all, as you just filled out the return form and returned them without letting anybody know. One of the returned items were stud earrings and these cannot actually be returned due to Health and Safety reasons. It was only when you reached out and contacted us, did we even know that you had sent these small jewellery items back. We have still not been able to actually find these items at our warehouse. This is no fault of your own and we have absorbed the loss and refunded you nonetheless. In future please contact members@onceit.co.nz and go through the correct return process so that we can at least be involved in the process and take ownership and responsibility of the whole return and refund. You have literally sent a small parcel back to our warehouse with no contact made with the team to facilitate or assist you here and only advised us when it had been delivered to request a refund on the items. This parcel seems to have been lost in a very large working warehouse. We promise to make sure you don't have this experience again and we will personally strive to make sure you only have good experiences with Onceit moving forward. Apologies and we hope you will allow us to make this better and make this right in future. Thank you for taking the time out to review our service.

My parcel didn’t arrive and after 3…
My parcel didn’t arrive and after 3 weeks I got in contact with Onceit. Once they were on the case they found that my parcel had been damaged in transit and had been returned to the issuing store. Onceit got onto them and my new parcel was issued straight away, arriving in pristine condition and in good time.

I had a package that was marked as delivered and unfortunately was not.
I contacted once it as soon as this happened and they immediately got in contact with me regarding steps to take. Roz was super helpful and helped me get the order refunded without any hassle at all.

Amazing customer service
I have been using Onceit for years now and the quality of the products and packages is always excellent and the delivery is prompt. Recently I had an experience with one of the order sent by their AU supplier when the courier said the parcel was delivered but it never arrived. I contacted Onceit and the customer service was just amazing. Roz took ownership of the issue and assisted proactively, professionally and efficiently. It is certainly one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. Keep up the good work!

Great choice, value and most importantly customer service! I’ve shopped lots of times with onceit and 99.9% of the time have been really happy with my purchases and delivery . I ordered a bottle of perfume for $59.00 on my Order No XXXXXXX-*-A and was sent a small dot of mineral blusher with an entirely different order No. Delivery Note was 2073980. This is not a good outcome for a first time purchaser. Telephone number does not reply. I have lodged an email but no response yet. UPDATE: response is a full refund as supplier is unwilling to complete. Not a good experience. For perfume try FragranceX with much better results.
