Via het Onbezorgd Ontslag-platform koppelen we werknemers die “op de schopstoel zitten” aan een zeer selecte groep onafhankelijke arbeidsrechtjuristen (mr.'s), die de Harvard-methode van belangengericht onderhandelen tot in de puntjes beheersen. Zo worden er maandelijks zo’n 50–80 VSO-deals uitonderhandeld. Arbeidsrecht vormt de basis, maar het onderscheidend vermogen zit in de praktische toepassing van bewezen gedragspsychologie, slimme onderhandelstrategieën en de overtuigingskracht van onze aangesloten arbeidsrechtjuristen. In de praktijk betekent dit voor werknemers: rust in de kop, vertrouwen in het proces en een deal waarvan ze vooraf niet wisten dat die überhaupt mogelijk was.

I had a very positive experience…

I had a very positive experience working with Loran. He was knowledgeable, strategic, and kept the process clear and efficient from start to finish.
Communication was always straightforward and responsive, and he provided practical advice that helped me make confident decisions. What stood out most was his ability to stay firm where needed while still keeping negotiations constructive. He clearly understood the legal position and used that effectively to strengthen my case.
Thanks to his approach, we achieved a good final outcome. I would definitely recommend him for employment law matters.
