I have been using On1 for years and now I am simply unable to get Resizer to work without it breaking Photoshop. User since 2016...at a loss for words how this product can be released. On1 Suite, Photoshop 2025, over 50 crashes since using it from 2026. Automation, thankfully, doesn't...but any manual work, a crash and everything is stuck

No experience. Never installed the product credit requested.

I am new to ON1 programs. But so far they are very intuitive and effective. Sharpening, noise reduction and digital expansion all work quite well.

Plagued with adverts for extra stuff. Awaiting "freebie" Restore AI - still waiting! Not convinced I made the right decision in buying this to supplement Capture 1 for Resize, Denoise, Sky Replacement. Need to do some more experimentation.

I have switched from Lightroom and cancelled my Adobe account, so I have high hopes for ON1 . At first use it will be a learning curve but it looks promising.

On the down side, so far I'm experiencing way too much upselling.

Still unable to access thru Lightroom won’t load keeps saying enter password but will not accept and load. Have checked password multiple times to no avail.

Pleasant and precise.

Now it's still a program for photographers.
I hope it doesn't become a program for designers.

This rated a 4 because I thought I purchasing 2026 raw when in reality I don't know what I bought. I looked at the list of apps on my computer and 2026 raw was not on that list. So I spent $49 and have no idea what it purchased. Maybe someone can get back and enlighten me of my purchase. Thank you, Wayne Bressler

Been using since it launched years ago. Wouldn’t use anything else

Base color profile were very harsh, even the flat one. AI items were hit and miss. I will not use this product.

I like the software and have been customer for several years. The Brilliance AI is very useful for my work. I process the drone shots and apply the AI to the batch. If I need to replace skies it’s easy. The issue I have is speed. Very slow to load images and export is painful. I am using an M2 Pro not a slow machine. Don’t need more features before better performance. Thanks

On-1 is showing the complete toolbox. Your online instruction are versatile and interesting , diving into the somewhat hidden functionalities.

I had a glitch in the program on my computer, I contacted on1 help and had a reply very quick which was very helpful. A few days later I received a fellow up email to see if everything was going well, one of the best experiences with online help I've ever had.

Quick access. Easy navigation. Logical layout. Products explained in depth. Good pricing. Attractive discounts. Pay once and use with no subscriptions required or pushed. One other company went subscription based recently and I have dropped them completely. Not On1. They're products are so good that they do not need to trap customers into a subscription only usage. That's confidence. That's thinking of their customers.

I have used ON1 for a long time, it is an excellent, very versatile software with amazing results.

I have been using PS since 1992 and LR from the beginning. I am very unhappy with Adobe and would like something else. I am struggling with the ON1 interface. I do not think much of the presets, and frankly they seem not to work too often. To actually get some work done I have to go back to Adobe. The videos have not been helpful. I do not hear well so that is part of the problem. Also, I do not like far too often the results obtained with his treatments. They simply suck frankly, which diminishes my respect for what you are trying to do. Most of my work in PS and LR is accomplished with masks, curves, a bit of clarity, sharpening, and further finessing the tone controls locally, and capture sharpening using deconvolution, and denies, plus calibration and sometimes HSL. If you gave me good effective controls for that which were reliable I would be happy
