As I never received my order, I contacted customer services. It was a bit of a hassle, but after getting through on the phone, I was told that a refund would be issued within a few days. It’s now been two months and they’re no longer replying to my messages.
After my Google review they answered it by blaming me. I was hoping to get the issue resolved but it seems they are done with my case.
My housband ordered a very special gift as he said for my birthday. It was a month ago and it didn't arrived. He wrote and ask them several times and nothing. They do not answer on phone. It was available in stock product promised to arrive for 1 week. I contacted them on facebook. They said we answer only by email and when I asked them several times when are they planning to answer they just blocked me on Facebook. No communication, no excuse, no money back. :(
Did not receive every item I ordered, and no response from customer service. Items do not match the description on the website regarding length. They appear to fx up to 10% shorter in length.
