Garbage app and disingenuous processes. No way to cancel in the app.

Another weight-loss app scam
SCAM!!!!! Email to request refund isn't even legit! I want my $53.19 refunded. So many red flags once you've been baited in & no way to correct it. Help on a true Email address would be appreciated. I paid thru PayPal.
Terrible Experience
I signed up for a trial and accidentally signed up for the additional $48 food & exercise plan. I realized what I did and in minutes contacted OMO regarding a refund. I was told by “Jules” because it was optional there was no refund. I have cancelled my subscription and feel I was robbed by this company. I do not recommend.
Scam! But got a refund!!
As all other people have said, it’s a complete scam that makes you think you’re signing up for a 50p 7 day trial and then actually takes you through the website so quickly to take £79.20!
However, after fighting with ‘Jules’ through email for a refund and being told countless times that I wasn’t entitled to one, I used the advice from another poster on here and sent them this yesterday :
As per my last email I am entitled to a refund under the Return and Refund Law of the EU whereby customers are entitled to withdraw and cancel including digital purchases prior to a 14 day cooling off period for any reason. By denying me this right of law you are in breach of that law. Please refund my money within 48 hours. By failing to comply with this request you are breaking EU law. I have not received the 7 day trial. I did not agree to the full purchase price. Your refund policy is irrelevant because it firmly states in EU that I am entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. These are standard terms and conditions set out in legislation to protect consumers. You simply cannot waive these rights in hidden terms and conditions.
I strongly urge you to refund the £79.20 that you have taken from my account without prior agreement and I will be contacting trading standards to report your underhanded tactics along with my bank provider to report you.
By searching on various review forums, most notably Trust Pilot, this is happening on a regular basis and your company has been warned as a scam. It is quite clear from your practices that this is true.
They then accepted this and agreed to the refund yesterday and I GOT MY REFUND TODAY! Phew!
Please, if you’ve ended up in the same predicament, use the above text to get your refund!
It’s a scam
It’s a scam, they make it impossible to cancel and the program is basic at best
Worst customer service ever
If I could give Zero Stars
If I could give Zero Stars, I would. This company and app is a scam. Do NOT subscribe. They make it impossible to cancel through the app. My app only worked half of the time and when it did work, the information was garbage. When I emailed support about cancelling because I was unable to do it though the app, the basically told me oh well and tried to offer me a lifetime membership. No thank you! Save you time and money, DO NOT USE OMO!
If i could give 0 stars I would
If i could give 0 stars I would.
They took two payments of $29 and $59 instead of just $18.99 for a one week trial which I thought I was signing up for. They are a scam!
SCAM—SCAM—SCAM—SCAM—SCAM
WHEN WILL THIS COMPANY GET QUASHED COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM BEWARE IT LETS YOU JOIN THE TRIAL FOR 50P THEN CLEVERLY GETS YOU TO CLICK START NOW AND CHARGING YOU £79.
SCAM—SCAM—SCAM—SCAM—SCAM
Shocking scam disgusting company with…
Shocking scam disgusting company with no morals. They know exactly what they are doing. A disgrace.
They make it difficult to log onto their app so you can’t cancel and then take your money without warning or any customer service. I genuinely could not log in and it kept asking me for same details and finally I got so fed up with the app I left it. I eventually got in touch through email but by that time it was a day too late . Their reply was a repetition of the same emails of what the rules and regulations were.
I asked them to look at my account as they can see that I have not even been able to use it. They have yet to give me this.
One reason they state they can give a refund is if it is technical issues and mine was technical as couldn’t even get into the app !! still no refund.
How awful these scammers!
How awful these scammers!
Just had dame experience as everyone. Tried to quote the various responses to refund rejection with text on here. Still refusing to refund me. Looks like some of you guys were lucky!
Their response !?!? Please help anyone
Hi,
Thank you for the details!
By proceeding with the onboarding quiz on our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and policies applicable to our cooperation. In particular, you agreed to our Refund Policy, which directly governs all issues regarding refunds. In your current situation, we cannot grant you a refund since your case does not fall into any of the refund categories.
Moreover, by proceeding with the purchase, you consented to the waiving of your right to withdraw from the agreement, and, respectively, no refunds are available according to those grounds. That said, you consented that the agreement concluded between you and our company is effective immediately after purchase without any right to a refund (except in limited cases specified in our Refund Policy).
Unfortunately, your case is not eligible for a refund. Nevertheless, we can look into extending your subscription for free and we are happy to offer you full support from our fitness experts throughout your fitness journey, but I'm afraid that the refund request still cannot be granted.
If you have any questions, please let me know, I'm happy to explain.
Kind regards,
Jules

Same thing as everyone here
Same thing as everyone here, this app by Welltech is designed to defraud users. The trial subscription flows through the Apple Store but the full plan which is an auto renewal (written in fine print) is via their site and they don’t allow cancellations or refunds when you unsubscribe. After complaining they will just offer you a lifetime subscription. It’s designed to compel you to take that. Don’t subscribe!
SCAM SCAM... You can get your money back though.. See email
The same complaints as all the others on here, massive scam and take your money without consent .. Please copy and paste the below into an email & send. I'm copied this from another complaint on here and got my money back almost immediately

I GOT A REFUND - PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO GET A REFUND!
I too signed up for the trial for 50p only for £79.80 to be taken from my bank within 5 minutes. I emailed them only to be told NO REFUNDS. I emailed them again and got told the same thing - and offered a lifetime membership. I then emailed: "s per my last email I am entitled to a refund under the Return and Refund Law of the EU whereby customers are entitled to withdraw and cancel including digital purchases prior to a 14 day cooling off period for any reason. By denying me this right of law you are in breach of that law. Please refund my money within 48 hours. By failing to comply with this request you are breaking EU law. I then got an email back saying they would refund me and guess what? The £79.80 went back into my account the following day. I hope that some of you who have been ripped off can get your money back. It makes you sick how these companies rip people off, I was sick to my stomach and fuming. Good luck!
I’ve also just been scammed by this…
I’ve also just been scammed by this…
I’ve also just been scammed by this company. I signed up for the trial period and when I tried to cancel before the auto renewal I couldn’t. It seems they make it very difficult for you to cancel and don’t response when you ask them leading you to go over the trial period and get charged a ridiculous amount for absolutely nothing. I expected the accredited professionals that they advertise on the site don’t even exist. After flagging my problem up with them, I engaged in a series of emails, asking for a refund which resulted in me being ignored and belittled. They also offered me lifetime access to the app that is actually useless. They refuse to refund me as the app itself is not fit for purpose. Peter the customer support supervisor was patronising and rude. This is a totally bogus company and I would warn people against it.
