Subscription cancels itself – but keeps charging
I have tried to cancel my Essential Plan subscription three times via the "Cancel Subscription" button on the platform. Each time, the subscription renewed automatically without my consent. I received no confirmation message or cancellation email after clicking the button – there is simply no feedback at all.
To make things worse, I can no longer access my billing history in my account, which makes it impossible to track what I've been charged.
After reading other reviews here on Trustpilot, I realize this is not an isolated issue but a systematic pattern. I have documented everything with screenshots and have now escalated the matter to legal counsel and the consumer protection authority.
I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to think twice. If the product doesn't work as advertised, getting your money back appears to be intentionally made difficult.
