Subscription cancels itself – but keeps charging

I have tried to cancel my Essential Plan subscription three times via the "Cancel Subscription" button on the platform. Each time, the subscription renewed automatically without my consent. I received no confirmation message or cancellation email after clicking the button – there is simply no feedback at all.

To make things worse, I can no longer access my billing history in my account, which makes it impossible to track what I've been charged.

After reading other reviews here on Trustpilot, I realize this is not an isolated issue but a systematic pattern. I have documented everything with screenshots and have now escalated the matter to legal counsel and the consumer protection authority.

I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to think twice. If the product doesn't work as advertised, getting your money back appears to be intentionally made difficult.

Scammers

After months i have cancelled and contacted them to stop my subsriprion, i have asked my bank to block them, and still they try to charge me twice a week. I swear if you don't stop, I will sue you.

Dissapointing - experience

Despite cancelling my subscription to this platform, this company has decided to take at least 2 additional payments from my bank account. My Sub seems to get "mysteriously" reinstated. I have photos this time and a screen shot stating that my Subscrition would end on 30/3/2026 I would warn other users to take screen shots if cancelling this platform.

I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made by Omnime.ai after my subscription had already been canceled.

On February 6, 2026, I completed the cancellation process and received an official confirmation email on the same day. Additionally, my account records clearly reflect that the subscription was properly canceled, with no indication of any active service thereafter.

Despite this, I was charged again after the confirmed cancellation date. This charge is clearly improper and unauthorized.

I have retained all relevant evidence, including the cancellation confirmation email and account records, which leave no doubt that the subscription was fully terminated.

I am requesting:

* A full and immediate refund of the unauthorized charge
* Written confirmation that no further charges will occur

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further actions, including filing additional complaints with consumer protection authorities and initiating a chargeback with my financial institution.

I expect a timely and fair resolution to this matter.

Good service - but horrible customer service

I’ve only had the service for about 2 weeks
I bought a year growth plan
The content generated has been good
I think most every feature is broken
Audits don’t work, account won’t connect, hashtags not visible
They do not have a chat feature - which could have prevented this giant disaster
You email them they respond the next day - usually just repeating instructions that I already told them are not working
So it can take a week to fix something
Also the growth plan only posts content for one model - even though I have an email from them telling me with two models I should select the growth plan because it auto posts
Guess what - not true
I showed them the email showing their error / they are unwilling to give me a separate account to get the feature they promised and I paid for
They said it but just refuse to honor it
Good service but the customer service aspect is terrible

This is a scam company once they have your credit card they will keep billing you even though you canceled the service and they will gaslight you saying that you didn't cancel when you have canceled the service. Do not think about subscribing to this platform and they are very rude. I canceled this horrible product back in January and they kept billing my account until 3/14. They are from the UK do not give them your credit card. And the AI is awful, if I could give them a negative 100 stars I could. I hate i have to give them a star at all. I see 2 star ratings, how are they getting 2 stars!! RUN RUN RUN!!!

HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE, WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TALK TO SOPHIE. SHE IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE WEBSITE WITH AI TOOLS CONSTANLY MISSING THE MARK. Oh yeah and WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU, I ALREADY REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO REPORTFRAUD.FTC.GOV. AND I MIGHT SUE. THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELED. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND LOST OF MONEY ON A WEBSITE THAT HAS NO ETHICAL PRINCIPLES.

absolute grubbs

absolute grubbs, the body of the person in the images was constantly losing limbs. after I paid the highest subscription they said the points would last 6 months, nope, gone after a month. I blocked my card so i wouldnt get charged another month. all the content i created is gone and they wont give it back to me. I emailed them and they never respond, scammers and absolute grubbs. avoid them at all cost.

Charged me $316 within a month for no reason

They just simply have no customer service. There are other things out there that will do the job and care about their customers. I was charged on December 10th for the monthly fee and then for some reason charged $79 twice on the 17th and I don't know why because there's no way to get an answer. They have a couple of emails but you don't know which one to actually use. Of course they say no refund no refund ever for anything even if it's our fault and if you try to get a hold of us and if we happen to have changed our email or any of our ways to get in touch with us we are not responsible for that so no refund no refund. They sent me a promotional email that said what I was missing out on by canceling and then miraculously they removed the cancel and charged me twice again on January 4th So currently I have 5,000 points that I will never use and $316 of charges within a month that have nothing to do with the subscription. I will continue with updates until I hear something from them.

SCAM ALERT

Please don't give them your bank details. This site is a big SCAM. I subscribed on 17 November, and my renewal was 17 December. I cancelled the subscription on the 1st of December. The person who runs the site went manually and charged me on the 5th of December, when I contacted them, said the charge I received was processed before my cancellation took effect, which is not true. They stopped replying when obviously lying when I was asking a simple, clear question. I have to dispute this with my bank, i asked my bank to block them, and I will have to change my bank details, which is so inconvenient for me. I will report them for FRAUD AS WELL. So please, if you experience something similar, report it because it's not how you run a business. Probably the person behind it is a 17-year-old who tries to make fast money by stealing people's money.

The Business it legitimate, but incompetent 😫😮‍💨❌

The Business it legitimate, I'm currently based in Western Australia but the trained face is very inconsistent and the points are chewed up in a single say for the $31 USD per month lowest plan. This means the lowest plan can be exhausted in a single day when you let it automate unchecked.

The Currency exchange for the lowest plan is $60 from USD to AUD (Australian Dollars), the mildly slow motion physics in generated videos are very unrealistic and (by extension) problematic.

I did get 11 10 second videos out of the smallest plan + 4 photos for the 31 USD per month ($61 AUD per month) plan, the price isn't economically sustainable for the value when compared to Pykaso ai.

I appreciate their efforts though and don't want them to give up but the price relative to perceived value needs changing, if you choose to proceed, just stop it from automatically generating content no matter how appealing. It'll chew up all your points in 1 day;

I cancelled after the first month

I cancelled after the first month, and I got charged every month for the next three months. I emailed them each time it happened. After the first time I emailed them, they said it shouldn’t happen again. After the second time it happened I emailed them again and asked why I got charged. They said that I had resubscribed - absolutely not true, I never went back on their page after they said they cancelled my account. And just now, guess what? A THIRD charge. I emailed them immediately and I may have to cancel and change my credit card :[

Don't use Omnime

Don't use Omnime. They're underdeveloped and aspirational at best. Their customer service is automated and TERRIBLE. You will NOT get answers to your questions. The basic tier says that you get "social media optimization". You don't. They require an upgrade even though they claim its included. Their interface is NOT user friendly and experiences frequent technical problems. AI avatar, model, influencer sites like this are cropping up all the time. Save yourself the headache. Choose someone else.
