They never return my money back and the dress never arrived..

I bought a dress on September 23 of this year and received confirmation of purchase, it was charged on my credit card and I have written two emails asking about my purchase and they have not answered me. I’m still waiting my dress. This is a scam they keep my money and don't even replenish

Worst products ever; terrible customer service. I bought 3 products from this website: 1 arrived one month later, the other 2 never arrived. I've been charged for everything and they say 2 of the products I bought are out of stock. Even after saying this, they are refusing to refund me USD70. I've been in touch with customer service on at least 50 emails, and their answers are copy/paste of the same thing. We agree on something, and then the next answer is completely random and unrelated. MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE, AVOID, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

0 stars. After 6 weeks, still have not filled my full order. 2 dresses fit from the 6 that arrived.
I have been trying for 2weeks to receive word where to return the dresses that don't fit. NO word back. They say if you pay shipping they will refund. But I can't get an answer where to send dresses. Fabric is very cheap. Dresses mostly were 2 to 3x smaller then stated. I've lost alot of good money.

Don’t order from Omnifairy! They never sent an item bc it was out of stock but they never informed me. They refused to refund my money, said I needed to order something else. Also sent 2 items back using very specific directions they sent to me & I never received refunds. I will be disputing all this through my credit card.

I would give zero stars if possible. First, the clothes are of terrible quality. They are cheap imitations of the photos. Cheap quality materials. And they do not fit at all. I ordered 2 dresses..one was way too big and one way too small. Same size chart. One dress was even called "embroidered" as part of its name. It was printed on very cheap material. Honestly, if it had been decent material and not fit like a giant sack, I would have kept it because it still would have been cute. I also ordered earrings that I really like...they get the one star. First..it was a major hassle to get the information to make the return. Finally after 10 emails back and forth of them trying to either give me a portion of money to spend on the website or discourage me from returning because of "expensive shipping fees", they finally gave me the info. Return to : Jimmy at an L.A. address. Just Jimmy. No last name. This was also after they made send photographs of the dresses hanging from several angles. So, I send the dresses back. Photograph everything I sent and the package and the tracking. They refunded relatively quickly after I sent them proof of delivery from the tracking...but only for one of the dresses. That was August 25, 2019. Since then I have had 42 emails back and forth, each from a different person, trying to get the rest of my refund. They said they they issued it to my paypal, but they did not. Then they said their refund process is lengthy and cumbersome and to be patient.Then they made me send proof again I sent the item back. Then they made send them the sku # of the dress on their site, when they have access to my order and my order number is all over the email thread. Now they are just saying again that they already refunded to my Paypal, which they have not and will not provide me proof of the refund. Its completely ridiculous and im kicking myself for ever ordering from one of these random clothing sites. Its not even about the money any more, but I refuse to let them get away with stealing from me.

I should have searched for reviews before ordering from Nanolily. I ordered several dresses for an upcoming vacation- 3 weeks ago already. I started getting worried because nothing is coming in the mail so I went online to search for reviews. Too late! I wrote them an email 3 days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. I guess I have now joined the NANOLILY SCAMMED CLUB!! I will try and get a refund from my credit card company but I’m not hopeful 😒

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE . After 3 months goods ordered and paid for have STILL NOT arrived ! Have emailed numerous times without any response back. Goods were also charged in US dollar despite being quoted in AUD. Stay clear this appears to be a scam. Danielle

Total scam I never got my items I tried to get a refund they ignore you and then change the company name omnifairy/nano you name it they change it. It is in US dollars and doesn’t state that. Products cheap. I wish I had seen this site before I bought.

All these reviews are accurate, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It is a total scam, you are not getting the item on the website. Should be shut down!

I bought two dresses and they didn’t fit right. Went online, it said you can return for a FULL refund within 30 days. I emailed them right away for a return authorization and instructions. It’s been 3 WEEKS & I’ve sent 3 EMAILS! I’ve heard nothing back from them. So unprofessional. I’m very upset & will not order from this company again unless they make this right. No return label, you have to pay to return it. Just ZERO customer service! Very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I received every item ordered, in a reasonable time (less than 3 weeks). However, the quality is SO BAD, the fabrics are SO CHEAP, not at all how it looked on the website!!! I decided to return everything but I have sent 3 emails already without any reply. I think that I have just lost my money.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

It’s definitely a scam. After purchase email has no tracking number. I emailed them twice, never got any reply.

Total scam. They use photos of quality pieces and then sell you a cheap imitation. My dress was supposed to have beautiful embroidery on it but instead I got a dress cheaply printed to look like the embroidery. Terrible ! Don’t waste your money .

Terrible site, looks very professional and chic. But it takes over 65 days to arrive. Customer service keeps emailing you back, but doesn't solve ANY issues. Like a crazy communication monologue.
Quality is as cheap as it could be. not same products as advertised.

I wish I'd read this site before ordering from Omnifairy. The clothes look great on the website - and are so inexpensive (though less so when the credit card statement arrives and you see that they were US$ not Australian$ - but still cheap). And if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
I followed up 2 weeks after placing my order and was told the garments were on their way - 3 out of 4 arrived about 10 days later.
One was such awful cheap fabric and so poorly made I wouldn't wear it (on closer inspection though it did match what was on the website - it just looked better there); the 2nd was already damaged, the cord to tie the neck already frayed, so couldn't be worn. The 3rd was as it appeared on the website and reasonable for the price (though I expect it'll fall apart when washed). I've had several emails back and forth with overly polite staff, asking for photos and more details. They've finally offered me a $19 credit. No mention of a refund for the top that hasn't yet arrived!
Caveat emptor! Do your research before shopping online - I will in future!

Omnifairy/ Nanolily is a total Scam!! - have only received 2 out of 5 items ordered over a month ago-
Emails to them elicit form letters assuring me items are coming- press on tracking no and it’s a page of incomprehensible information because it’s in another language-(is that better than saying what language?)- items that did arrive of poor quality- threads coming out- cheap material- won’t wear- look totally different than advertised- buyer beware- I should’ve googled them prior to ordering! Since I first wrote this review I was told to take out offensive language so I did by basically not referring to where these cheap clothes came from but I did receive another item and never did receive the last one... but It Was the same as others in poor quality- looked nothing like the catalog but more like something you might have made in your first home ec class in 8th grade. I donated all the items to the Goodwill - what I find offensive is the false advertising and the fact that I spent a couple hundred dollars on bad merchandise- no refunds because how am I supposed to send back stuff to a place with no real address in a country I can’t mention? Don’t trust Omnifairy or Nanolily or whatever new phony name they’ve slapped on their scam company-

Scam, you will never receive your order and if you do it will be months after you have ordered
