Very good at sending relevant information in good time. It sounds very easy to i.e. pay our monthly payment, pay more if we wanted to or settle the account if extra money became available to us. This is not always the case with finance companies

Great experience from Scott (salesman) to the team that fitted my windows so great and I had to do the rest of my windows with them.

I applied for retail finance on a new bike. Refused even for 60 months @ 14% with earnings well into 40% tax bracket and good score. Clearly not the company to do business with. After 4 attempts at different terms only 1 soft check completed. V12 approved 48 months @ 0%.

Cannot login to the portal as I have no passcode. Cannot manage, view, or make payment. No way to reset or request! No help at all!

So after not being notified that there was an issue with my agreement the first time. 4 days later I contact the retailer for them to tell me there is an issue with my address from the finance company. So I call Omni and speak to a lovely bloke completely full of bs but he was nice. He said my adress format could be fixed no issue and I will receive an email saying that it's all sorted. However I later get an email saying its not possible when it most definitely is. The email goes on to tell me that I need to cancel and reapply for a new order and agreement. So I do this and get declined. Then I write and appeal which also gets declined. What a silly company I'd avoid them if you can. Awful communication and a waste of your time!

The window fitters were polite and did an amazing job. Windows fitting cleanly and properly. No damage done to my house. Left my property clean and tidy. Windows are great very happy with the job. Would definitely recommend this company

Omni Finance were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Everything was dealt with in-store, which made it so much more convenient and personal. The team were really helpful and explained everything clearly, so we felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to them, we were able to buy our dream sofa without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Can't get on there site they got my email name wrong phoned them before but they wont put the correct email name so I can't check my payments

Excellent service

Applied for a tiny interest free loan via a training provider to complete a training course. Turned down at the credit report stage despite having an excellent credit score. My credit report showed no hard or soft searches, so looks like they didn't even check!!
Perhaps knew they wouldn't make any money out of me. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend

Lucky to get a rating of one. I had an Experian score of 1250 out of 1250 and an Equifax score of 1000 out of 1000. Worked in financial services for 44 years with many years lending experience and was declined??? They were only interested if I had savings to pay for the service rather than actually underwriting the application. Don’t waste your time, look elsewhere.

two unsuccessful application while my credit score is on top tier and salary is over several times more than the product I need, apparently I am too risky to a furniture on 0% A.P.R. Absolute non sense and the terrible part is taking a huge negative impact on my score as well. I will sue the company soon for failing data protection, unfairness and lack of clarity and data protection.

Website is literally unusable, unable to make a payment online.

Delivery was on time and the guys who made the delivery were friendly polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Well done!

The perfect option for a large purchase as a musician, super simple process and had a response immediately. I now have my new kit which I am extremely happy with, and would not have been able to do so withiut this financing option.
