I ordered an indoor cat tree. I had problems understanding how to install it, but the customer service team was extremely helpful. I also had to send a few attachments back unopened (they weren't faulty) but again, they were very helpful with organising that and my refund was processed quickly without any hassle. I'd recommend their indoor cat tree system.
I ordered a second dog bed last week with estimated delivery of monday.
The bed and extra cover were stated to be in stock.
The money has left my account but no details of when the bed will be sent out. Cannot get through on the phone. Constant message saying phone lines are closed. I emailed yesterday but it takes 3 days for a reply.
I am definitely not impressed

I have brought several times from Omlet, both for my dog and other products. The quality is excellent and the service and delivery likewise . Both my dog and myself are very happy with my purchases
Placed an order on Monday 9th around midday for urgently needed new run covers and clips. Received an email saying that we need to call them to verify/complete security checks and that they won’t ship the order until this is done. Money has already left my account at this point.
Tried to call the number the last 3 days (says in the email they are open until 17:30 but website contradicts this saying 12:00 AND that the phone lines are closed) but it’s an automated message saying the phone line isn’t open. How am I supposed to verify my order when we are on day 3 of not being able to contact? I emailed them almost immediately on the Monday and still no reply as of 3pm on the 11th. Very poor customer service, money gone and no idea when or if we will see our products. Also would not be willing to give out payment details via email so have to hope phones one day are back on!
Seems very irresponsible to be sending out emails with incorrect or not up to date information/not prioritising email responses for orders that need attention. Delivery estimate was Tuesday when I ordered and now it’s Wednesday with zero resolution to an issue that seems very odd for an order around £200.
Would not reccomend.

Long time customer here of several Omlet runs. Generally been happy over the years but since upgrading to the so-called 'Smart' autodoor we have had no end of problems with it. I am at the point of returning it as 'not fit for purpose' and reported various problems but they just don't seem to stop having new issues.
I am posting this since I am frustrated by Omlet's lack of customer support and taking our concerns seriously. We are convinced it's just a matter of time the fox gets some of our birds due to the door's issues.
Issues.. well, we've had chickens locked in all day, doors opening when they shouldn't (at night, foxes about), closing too early (birds stuck out, at risk), battery drained in one day due to firmware, ignoring light level target, losing time by 8 hours over a firmware update, jamming a bird completely which needed manually released.. None of which happened with the old door.
This morning, the door did not open despite the light level meeting its target. The light sensor is really not working well on the new controller for us and I keep asking for proper Internet sunrise/sunset controls.
If you run this on batteries the product only responds every (up to) 10 mins or so, rendering the app/smart controls rather ineffective. I understand this is to save battery but please be aware of it - it makes using the app not really a good experience as the device may do nothing for up to 10 mins each time.
Regarding batteries and powering the thing from the mains.. the whole point of a moveable coop is to move it to new grass, so unlikely to want a mains cable hanging off it and being moved. Their statement on the website that "solar doesn't work, tried them all" is arrogant and uninspiring, as other products and camera products happily work for months in the UK nowadays with solar, and have higher output requirements. Just solve it.
Update: we had heavy rain in Bedfordshire today and although it got quite dull, I would certainly not call it dark. It caused our autodoor to think light level was ZERO for long enough to close the door, locking all chickens out. Even though light level returned, it was not smart enough to re-open the door, so all our chickens were locked out tonight.
For now, I would definitely not recommend upgrading your existing autodoor until they iron these problems out.
I've just found out there is an api to control the door myself, so I'm hoping we can exploit this and bypass their issues.

I spent £1600 on an Eglu Pro chicken coop in February and the bedding in the nest boxes gets soaked each time it rains. Customer service has tried to be helpful but 6 months on, we're no further forward. More worryingly, Omlet has chosen not to publish my review on their website - I guess they only accept 5 star ones!
28/8/24 update: it has now been over 2 weeks since I submitted a review on the Omlet website and it still hasn't been published. I don't believe for a second that the review process takes over 2 weeks because they're so inundated with reviews, as they claim. Post my review about your leaky product, Omlet!

I have had several Omlet products over the years - while there are some small flaws (for example, the metal parts tend to corrode quickly and the roosting bars are too wide /don't meet the birds' natural desire to roost higher up) they are still my go-to because of the design and overall ease of cleaning. Plus with the wheeled versions, easy to move - which makes giving the birds fresh grazing easier especially when I'm on my own (moving the other runs is a two person job). Despite earlier comments on here, Customer Services were good at addressinng an issue I had with the run on my Cube - and sent me a new panel which works perfectly (the earlier one - and I have noticed a decline in quality of manufacture over the years - did not fit properly as one of the spokes/sprogs (sticky out bits) had not been properly formed.

I purchased the Omlet Memory Foam Bolster Dog Bed in Navy on 3rd June for £183.99 after doing a lot of research on beds for my Doberman to support his weight. The bed was delivered on 5th June and we started using it on 6th June giving it time to “inflate”. My dog is a Doberman and has since managed to scratch through the outer covering when trying to “nest”. He has only been using the bed for 2 weeks over the month of owning it and he only uses the bed for up to 4 hours at a time.
The Omlet website claims “We use super strong, upholstery grade fabrics tested to be tooth and claw resistant”. This is a false claim as my dog managed to get through in a month (he doesn’t nest each time he uses a bed). Their website also claims they have a 180 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. It has been over a week now since emailing regrading the 180 day return policy and I have been ignored. So, I have now wasted money on this product which I could have got a lot cheaper elsewhere, the reason for the purchase was for the support and look of the bed. AVOID & SAVE YOUR MONEY / TIME GOING ELSEWHERE. Also their website will not allow you to submit a review for 1 star without giving you an error message.
Edit following reply: Tried to call and you aren't taking calls as you are too busy. Another email sent and no acknowledgement. You also have not addressed the fact your website does not allow people to submit negative reviews, when you try you get an error. But someone has recently submitted a 5* review with no issues....seems odd?

The walk in run was expensive, I have 3m x 4m with a perch system, maybe £1300 but i was pleased that I could enable my hens to still have a good quality of life and keep with within Avian flu regulations. The run was a hassle to put up but my son was very patient and determined. Then I realised starlings can easily get through the upper mesh! I contacted Omlet who told me I should have read their FAQs, number 12 tells me wild birds can get in. They also said Avian flu is not an issue at present.
Latterly, determined to solve my problem they told me if I put Chilli flakes in the hens food, hens dont notice but wild birds dont like it.
I wrote 2 reviews on the Omlet site which were never shown on their review site.

TOPOLOGY BED WORTH THE MONEY
I've now bought two and used them for several years. That's a great type of review worth reading, in many ways. They are quite expensive but having just dealt with my dog's very upset tummy by literally taking the bed apart, I'm completely thrilled I paid that amount because every single piece of this bed is washable and able to be disinfected. The company always puts right anything that is wrong, immediately.
Great products at great prices for the quality. I like their environmental awareness and stance. Easy to order and good communication.
hi
Really happy with this company. There is never any hassle and any issues are sorted immediately in our case.
Thanks to Ella who solved our problem this week
We have had a chicken run for some time and had no issues.customer service has always been slow but delivery good. However we ordered another chicken run a few weeks ago. I checked the website, looked at the pictures and placed my order. However a different product arrived. The panels in the original run are roughly 1 meter high and the same wide. This new run has two panels for each of the old ones held together by plastic clips at approx 50 cm high. Just the perfect height for any predator to chew or spot any weakness or occasionally missing clip( the clips do wear with age and sunlight so not always easy to tell if they are worn. We have had some snapping in strong winds even when light tarpaulins are covering pen)I queried this with customer services. After four days they responded telling me it is an improvement for easier delivery and pointing to a tiny paragraph in FAQ that says from may 2023 the design has changed. If that is the case then a year later their advertising and pictorial content has not been updated and they show the original panels. This is much flimsier when constructed- at least the bottom level panels should be solid and it wouldn’t matter so much on the upper levels. In my opinion the fox proof status of this product has dropped massively.foxes are determined and they say they have not received complaints as yet!! Really disgusted with them this time. Not a cheap product in the first place ( we have spent approx 2K with them over the last few years) and the response has been pretty dismissive.

We purchased the birch style Qute hamster house the quality is fantastic , we wanted something for my daughters bedroom that was easy clean , love this we can clean it soo easily, plus got it at a sale price , delivery to Ireland was quick and packaged soo well 😀
Purchased a blue high viz jacket for our duck who has a sore back. Worked well and great quality.
Great experience and great product. I ordered a 2x3x2 catio which was great, very good quality and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, my cats would get into fights with each others whilst in the catio and made the decision to return it. The return process was very quick and the refund was into my account a day later after Omlet received the parcels. Thank you, recommend 100%.
This catio run I am using for my Guinea pigs. I feel they are safe and secure
I am still waiting on the roof cover but feel this is the best option for security and space
The only thing I would say is it certainly takes more than 90 minutes to erect
Great company, spoke to Marie and Sophie and they really are amazing, very helpful and an asset to the company..
I ordered a bed for my cat, but it looked nothing like the picture and was actually awful. On 1st May, I informed the company that I wanted to return it. They responded that the return would be collected and that the refund process would take 7-10 days.
On 7th May, I had to follow up because no one had contacted me about the collection. On 8th May, they said it would be collected on 9th May.
On 9th May, I sent two emails asking for a specific collection time since I couldn't wait at home all day. They didn't respond until 10th May, asking how many boxes needed to be collected, a detail I had already provided.
Finally, on 13th May, they scheduled the collection for 14th May, 14 days after my initial request.
I waited 12 days after the collection for my refund, but it still wasn't processed. I emailed them again, and on 28th May, they said the refund had been processed.
It's now 30th May, and I still haven't received my refund. Despite reporting the issue on 1st May and having the item collected on 14th May, I now expect to wait another 7-10 days for the refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! Their product looked nothing like the pictures, and their customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful.
