I would like to know how I get my money back on the order I never received

I wish I could give negative stars! My daughter sent me a picture of these cute stained glass cats with hangers and I thought I would get them for Mother's Day. NO STAINED GLASS - ONLY CHEAP STICKERS!! I have repeated requested a refund but hear nothing. I guess I am out $75.00. I am reporting them to BBB and anyone else I can and encourage everyone else to do so also. OMGFUNS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Total scam. I emailed asking about order, gave them the order # & they say they dont have that order # in system.

My daughter and her friend ordered 3 sweaters of Harry Potter. Her friend ordered a hoody, got...not a hoody and not the sweater with logo she ordered. My daughter received two hoodies in the colour she ordered. Different logo, spelled wrong, there should have been letters on the arm with Harry Potter on it, no letters on the arm.... We e-mailed and agreed with a partial refund. 15% we found too little, but after e-mailing that, we never heared from omgfun again. E-mailed a couple of times....still haven't heared from them and...no refund. Bad online shop.

Oh my God!!! You say when you receive your item if you received one all I got was a plastic sticker and it wasn't even the one I ordered thought I was going to get a stained glass item. I can't believe they can get away with this it's absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from OMGFuns. If there is any way they are giving refunds I would definitely like one

I too was scammed by this company that is allowed to advertise on Facebook. Facebook quickly takes down posts that do not comply with their political views but readily allow scammers to advertise and take advantage of their followers. Ordered almost 2 months ago, no items, no response, no refund. Omgfuns is the absolute worst!

I also ordered what I thought were stained glass items, however I will never know what they really are. I never received them, and after 13 e-mails, I also never received a reply, OR MY REFUND.!!! Facebook is so quick to censure those they don't agree with, but they will let thieves use their site to steal. No star review. Cant delete the 1 star! BUYER BEWARE!!

Same as other reviews- however they did receive the horribly mislead product. I never received the product and no refund. I guess I should count my blessings... I don’t have the cheap window clings that apparently is what I purchased. Instead, just an expensively frustrating lesson to not trust Facebook ads. OMGfuns is not fun and NOT a real company. Shame on Facebook!

Very bad experience. Not stained glass but just cheap, plastic stickers. A complete rip off and so far no refund on my money. Buyer beware.

These are just transparent STICKERS for the window! I thought these were stained glass suncatchers as the pictures show them as though they are hanging from a chain. So I ordered 3, as a buy 2 get one free, and they sent back 5 stickers and only one was even one of the colors I'd ordered. Complete scam! It says 100% refund but I certainly don't trust them. I should have known better than to order anything advertised on Facebook. BUYER BEWARE!

I would give no stars if that was an option! I saw a stained glass suncatcher on their Facebook ad. There were many styles to choose from. I checked reviews and even saw pictures of people making stained glass on their website. After spending almost $50 on 2 cat suncatchers I was shocked when I received 2 mylar window stickers in the mail. Never trust OMGFUNS.COM.
