The 0.5 oz size is designed as a tasting portion - enough for a small sampling, but not intended for a full experience or for sharing. For a more complete taste and better sense of the texture and finish, we typically recommend at least 1 oz/person.
We currently offer 11 varieties of caviar for every taste and budget. We also offer promotions that make larger sizes more accessible.

I found the Ostrea to be mushy along…
I found the Ostrea (tasted good) but was very mushy along with the Beluga we weighted the contents and they were short a gram. We have had other brands of these before and they weren’t mushy so I found it to be odd. The Kaluga was great and weighed on point.

Regarding the weight concern, all tins are weighed using professional, calibrated scales, and the stated weight includes the natural caviar oil in the tin. Depending on how the content was handled when re-weighed, this can affect the final measurement. That said, all products are packed to meet labeled weights at the time of sealing.
