Regrettably I didn’t check the reviews before ordering. A scam. I ordered a jacket. It took a month to arrive. It was much too small. Customer Service is an automated email which is repeated endlessly explaining that you have to return your product to an address in China and transport/customs will likely exceed the value…Instead they offer you a 10% discount. Like that will make me fit a child size jacket 🤪
Took a whole month to arrive just to get a product that looked way different in the picture. The quality of the product was also terrible, never order anything from olley.

Beware of rip-offs
Dropship companies Returns have to be organized to China themselves. No competent customer service. Hands off, it's better to order the same crap from Aliexpress and save 500%
The quality of the clothing was extremely disappointing. The shipping was incredibly slow and from China. I felt misled by their advertising. Additionally, returning items and getting refunds was a nightmare. And their customer service is terrible.
Terrible clothes, cheap nasty and nothing like the pictures. Shipped straight from china with a huge mark up in price. Worst of all they don't answer emails and you cannot get InTouch with them so especially I've just lost money
