Delivery is fast

Delivery is fast, but you must get the insurance otherwise if you're bottle is stolen customer service sucks. Other than that they have the best price on niche.

I orders 10 bottles from them

I orders 10 bottles from them. I wanted a $15 sample and they wanted to charge $10 for shipping? I asked them to waive it and no answer. Bad business

Read your reply and still say it’s bad business! You didn’t add the value of what I spent? You left that part out!! Also the bottle of Rojo lost in Paris is a $750 bottle of colonge, I was paying for the sample and if I liked it I would have bought the $750 bottle. Don’t make your reply sound like your the victim of a bad review own up to being cheap for $10! I hope others see this and buy from JOMASHOP!!!

Regarding the sample order, the sample itself was priced at $15, but shipping costs are separate and reflect the actual cost of packing, handling, and delivering the order. While we understand your preference for free shipping, it is not feasible for us to offer free shipping on a $15 order.

As an alternative, you could have added the sample to a future order and avoided the shipping charge altogether, as all orders over $75 qualify for free shipping on our website.

We strive to offer some of the most competitive prices in the fragrance industry, and maintaining reasonable shipping policies helps us continue providing that value to our customers.
