Do not buy from the online store

Do not buy from the online store, I ordered some products that I wanted to try, and about 6 days later I got my package, to my suprise when I opened the package it was completely empty, I didn't know what to do so I threw away the box and contacted OKIDOKI trought email, they said that that had never happened and that they would refund me no matter what the shipping company said, then they asked me for a photo of an empty package and I explained that I didn't have one because I didn't think of taking one, its been 10 days, I have been ignored for the past 4, because they are trying to make me sign a form that makes me guilty for what happened, and a form that is not in my language, therefore I won't sign it, so they ghosted me, I'm left with no money nor products, do not buy from this shop, ever
