It's very clear the product description sheet. The soft suede leather is the best quality fabric to make the WOMEN ESPADRILLES in order to adapt the shoes to any contour feet, with the proposal don't make any foot damage, is the most flexible and breathable fabric for summer. Sorry but you will not find in our store plastic, synthetic or rigid materials, we only work with the best fabrics and fabrics in Spain. don't buy if you live in north America. they don't accept returns or even exchange unless you pay return shipping unlike others who supply you with a return label. the shoe itself is nice but they should be more flexible with exchange.

None of our clients complains about having to make any changes or refunds since, as we indicate in the purchase conditions (which you accept before placing an order), that the return costs are borne by the customer in international orders.
"The transportation costs of the changes or returns are Free for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands. For the rest of areas and countries, the client must take charge of the shipment of the order to our facilities assuming the return costs. Once the return is received at our facilities, the amount of the products will be paid in a maximum of 14 days."
If your only value to have free shipping label, maybe Okaaspain It is not you store.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and always…
I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and always buy allot for my kids each season at once because of the high shipping rate. I trust their size charts which is almost different for every shoe and always accurate. One of the six pairs (menorquina’s) advised to order a size smaller and so i checked the size chart en did according to there advice. The size came in too small and the size chart is not correct for that particular shoe as it measured the whole sole (and so the outersoler) and not the inside sole. This is a mistake on their website. My daughter cried because it was too painful and she has super slim feet as well. Customer service argued with me on the phone that the sizing is correct and was very unhelpful and had a very uninterested tone with me on the phone as If I was not taken seriously. She didn’t want to do anything and was very unkind. I have two kids and I know their sizes as a mother. Still have to wait 3 days until customer service will contact me back over email.which will be too late for holiday. Ridiculous! Especially as I am a loyal and returning customer. Bad customer service!-

Hi Samara,
The customer service indicated that they did not have access to the email you had sent since it was not the corresponding department and the email had been sent by a generic address. You was told that based on the photos you sent they could not give you a telephone answer because they did not have access to the pictures.
Regarding the response to that email, you already have been responded this morning, so you did not wait 3 days for an anwered.
Otherwise that the measure that appears on the data sheet of the product are correct, we have measure again the shoe, and in the e mail we send you have the pictures, and the measure it is correct. But the way in wich you took the measure was not correct. Our products are hand made and the meassure can vary in milimeters but in this case are the same.
In case that you need to change the size here we include you how you can procreed.
