Your salespeople are just like scams
I was shopping in the supermarket and there were two of OK’s young salesmen who tried to promote me their green engergi subscribtion. I was trying to be nice to let them finish their words. I told them more than once that I’m happy to learn more but I don’t want to make any commitments today. They asked some of my information and asked me to sign, and told me it’s just for getting the offer and get everything ready when I make decisions. I don’t read Danish, I don’t know what I signed, but I chose to trust that this is a big and trustworthy company. But when I got home, I received an email telling me that I had ordered their service and signed up for the subscription. I had to call them to cancel the service for me. Very bad experience, I feel I have been deceived and I couldn’t trust this company anymore

I can see that you have created the agreement with Power. When this is the case, meaning when the agreement is set up through a third party, we charge a prepayment to obtain your consent to switch to us.
The prepayment will be deducted from your next bill and in the event of an excess amount, it will be refunded to you.
