I must apologize to Oister for my previous posts. The service is really excellent, and my mistake was that I abandoned the 5G router and used a regular one, designed only for 4G. Yes, I switched to an... See more

I moved to Oister from Telmore hoping for better service. I was told that the sim card would arrive in my letterbox in one or two days. After one entire day, it has not even left their warehouse. In the meantime I have no access to data, call service or my e-wallet. Slow service and not being provided with the correct information. Disappointed with the company.

Just one small problem -I had problems paying for the new 'abbonnament' with my DK card - took two days. Everything else seems very good.

I’ve been using my sim card for 1 day, registered for three. The internet seems fine, but the amount of emails you send is insane.
I’m using your services since morning! I don’t have a review yet, please, leave me alone💀

After comparing several mobile data providers, I repeatedly came to the conclusion that OiSTER offered the best value. At the time of signing up, they also had a very good offer with excellent conditions. They assured me I could change the plan whenever I wanted. Signing up for the eSIM was very easy; I was able to choose a phone number I liked. You have to wait up to half an hour from the time you sign up until you receive the email to activate the eSIM. Since I activated it, everything has been fine. I've used the data and made calls, and I have no complaints. There's only one thing I'm still unclear about: the terms and conditions for calling abroad. I'll have to contact them to ask.

1.5 weeks of waiting and nothing in the mail bag.
The address is correct, the full name is on the mail box

I switched to Oister in September and started my subscription in October after being convinced by street sales representatives that I can save money on my phone and internet subscription. Sometime in September, within days of switching, I received a delivery, a box containing the internet receiver and, I assumed, SIM cards for my phone and internet. Not having the need for them, I did not open the box until the day came when I had to switch SIM cards. As my subscription to Norlys was still going until mid-October, I asked Oister if it is possible to postpone starting my internet subscription so that I don't pay two subscrptions for nothing. I was informed that it is possible if I don't activate my internet SIM card; that was great news, I can actually save money. The day when I have to start using the new Oister SIM card for my phone came, I open the box, put in the SIM card into my phone and head off to work. When I needed to call, I realized the SIM card cannot connect to the network. I try to find how to activate it, but could not figure out. Interestingly, I had internet but no network connection. I go onto the Oister website, where their chatbot recommends I call Oister. I try to call Oister, but have no network connection. I really needed to call someone, so in the end I managed to call through Whatsapp using my intenet connection. A day or two passed, sending emails to Oister asking where I activate my SIM card, them telling me I don't have to, when I think to myself to check my postbox as well, maybe they sent the SIM card in a letter. Indeed, the SIM card for the phone was in my mailbox, delivered separately from the internet receiver and its SIM card. I ask whether I can have my internet subscription reverted to zero so I pay from mid-October as I inteded, but I am told that it is not possible. Due to Oister sending the SIM cards in two different deliveries and not even mentioning which SIM card is for which I lost around 150kr from the start of my subscription. That is about 3-4 months' savings from switching to Oister. I feel like I should get my 150kr. back just for taking the time to write this post so you can update your Cutomer Journey Map and optimize your logistics so that other customers will have a much better onboarding experience. This will probably not happen, Oister will say they regret this occurence, and...that's that. This really is not the start I was hoping for.

The E-sim hasn't worked (error in the QR code) despite it getting activate by the team and being refreshed / reordered more than 6 times! And the actual physical SIM card hasn't arrived within the promised time.
