Bad experience

I have just received my watch last week and I can honestly say it is the worst watch I have ever bought. The strap I couldn’t get on and then when I got it on you had to open up with a screwdriver to put the strap through so then the bit wouldn’t close. Any other watch has the strap on. This is no good for older people. Half the programs wouldn’t come up the sleep program dosnt work. The time and date just keeps knocking off

OHO PRO junk

Right I bought this down to YOU advertising its versatility.
The fact you state lots of different sports modes including rowing and indoor cycling.
For the ECG as I have AF (which you state the watch alerts you)
It's utter cheap crap not £85 worth
Ecg is useless
Where are all the sports modes
Not even listed on the app (should be called a crap)
And while where on it, you want to charge on the app to get any features.
Fit bit free
Huawei health free and over 100 sports modes
Apple free
I want a refund as your add is misleading
Do not buy one there cheap crap, apps crap, AVOID

One star is too high for this smart…

One star is too high for this smart watch. I bought this for my husband as a gift. The watch will not connect to the app after contacting them via email I got a reply from Lina support who I think is automated robot telling me to re set, this we did still won't connect contacted them again they didn't reply I wanted to return item and get full refund. Do not purchase anything from this company product is rubbish and customer service is none existent.

OHO watch failed after only 6 weeks

Watch failed after only 6 weeks. Totally dead, will not charge. Emailed support at Oho and got automated response promising a member of team would contact within 12-48 hours. Interesting that this email also talked of fulfilling back orders and delays by September 2022!!!!! A week since first contact and still no response!! SCAM company. Trading Standards will be informed.

Oho watches awful products

I was given an oho watch for my 69th birthday after having a pacemaker fitted a because I am on blood pressure medication. In less than 6 months it stopped working. I contacted the support team and was told the guarantee is thirty days only but as a gesture of goodwill I could buy a replacement with a 30%discount

Advertising of OHO Pro watch does not…

Advertising of OHO Pro watch does not have a returns address. In my experience all replies to emails were courteously produced by “Lina” – same in UK as in USA. It may be that LINA is an acronym. Immediately after making an order, I was told there was a supply issue for black and given an option to cancel or re-order in silver. I cancelled. But was told hours later they could not cancel as items were despatched. The items arrived – I checked the parcel as advised, ordered items were not opened. “Lina” said: to return I must prove the items and packaging decontaminated by producing series of photos or a video. If they accept the proof they will give a return address. I sent chaser emails before I got returns address. I sent chaser emails before I got my refund - almost had a charge back situation. You bear the cost of return – even if you had cancelled order before despatch.

I would give zero if I could .i am trying to get a address to return my watch that is not working I have sent about 10 emails .just a automated response saying they will get Back to me within 24 48 hours it's now been over a week and no one person has had the decency to contact me so looks like I won't be getting a refund its disgraceful that they can get away with this I would stay well clear of ghis company

The device does not retain charge and…

The device does not retain charge and now I am being given the runaround trying to get a refund. Completely unsatisfactory customer service. I wish I had read terms and conditions for return before purchase because it is clear this company is not looking after its customers. Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible.

A revised (positive) review.

I wish to put the record straight after having written a recent negative review. After having problems initially attempting to install the WearPro app, I was eventually successful, with help from the OHO team. I am finding the watch/app to be very user friendly and am now wearing the watch regularly and able to easily review the data on the app.

Pay for Returning ?

Sent a watch that will not bind, no matter what, returning it for a refund and I had to sanitise it, send photos to confirm, and have the privilage of paying for the postage on return. Says the are based in the Uk but each response if late in the day and shows a +3 time difference ??
I have to say to follow this up, I was sent another watch as I requested, so they did come good 👍

No customer service at all

No customer service at all. Bought this watch after reading a good review. However the watch will just not connect at all to my Nord One Plus Android phone. I know it's not an issue with the phone, as it connects perfectly well with all my other bluetooth devices. Car entertainment system, Bluetooth speakers, laptop, etc all pair and connect instantly but this watch just won't play ball. Sent an e-mail to their customer services, two days ago and have heard nothing back.

Rubbish

1. The watch will not sync to my phone
2. The watch does not keep acurate time
3. Blood pressure reading ridiculously low (I'd be nearly dead if it was correct!)

Appalling Customer Service. Fraudulent.

The watch stopped working a few days after the 30-day return cut-off and has not worked since.
There was some initial contact from Lina with some instructions on how to reset it but it has been nearly a week since then and I have sent a further three emails for assistance. With no response.
All I can think is that this 'company', 'franchise', scam, is fraudulent. There is no way to contact them apart from via the email address, no phone number, and no return address. Nada. Highly suspicious.
In response to this, I will be reporting them to ActionFraud and will be attempting to get my money back.
It's a disgrace that they believe they can get away with such shoddy behaviour.

You better hope everything is good with your watch.

Bought the OHO Pro because I have High blood Pressure and wanted to monitor it when I was at work. It looks nice and the 2nd band for going out was a nice addition. But that is about were the nice ended.
1) It's a pain to charge. You have to have the connection setting perfectly and don't bump it.
2) It is suppose to turn on when you bring your wrist up to look at the time. Nope! Only about 50% of the time.
3) The BP was not even close enough to trust. Yes it was calibrated.
4) After contacting customer service, they tried to do this and that so the watch would work for me. I felt they were just pushing everything past the 30 days. Every time I emailed them it would be 3 or 4 days before I got a response. When I finally put my foot down and said "just give me the refund" the complied. What they don't have in the return policy is that they don't pay for the return. Per the incoming shipping label it was shipped locally but you have to return it to Driffield, UK. For me that is international shipping which was going to cost more than I paid for the watch.
If that's not a scam I don't know what is!

OHO Pro Smart Watch

I ordered a smart watch from OHO Pro and, although it is full of great features, I had a specific need which it couldn't fulfil. So I requested return details and a full refund. My request was handled by Lina who at all times was most courteous and extremely efficient. Communications were excellent and I was kept informed throughout the whole transaction.

Do not waste your money!

The watch settings change for no apparent reason, nothing stays the same from one day to the next. Very frustating to use. Doesn't record atrial filibration. Very poor value, not recommended at all.

No after sales service and no help you will be ignored

After my watch arrived it worked reasonably well for just about a month. Then it stopped working after contacting OHO about the problem. They came back after three days to tell me things to try and get it going.
This did not work so i contacted them again and again after three days they gave me some other things to try that did not work. Now they do not even reply to my emails. Be warned do not use this company.
