Avoid at all costs, hidden charges

Crooks, hidden charges, not made clear from the original order. I thought I was paying £24 to unlock my iPhone instead this was just an initial fee and a further £76 was required to unlock a phone I purchased for £120. Asked for refund and got told you should have read the terms and conditions properly. No empathy at all. Please avoid

Hi Jose, as already advised, this has been carrier unlocked however from the image you sent us you can see that it's also iCloud locked also, therefore in order to have it unlocked you would need that service as well as.

Beware of these scammers

Beware of these scammers. Quote you a price which is just a pre order, then hit you after you've paid with a higher fee to continue the unlock!!

Hide it away in there terms and conditions so can't get my £24 back for a phone that's still unlocked as they wanted an extra £50 to continue!

Avoid.

Denunciemos juntos

Saludos.

It is a total farce. After making the first payment, they report that I be paid 42uSd if do not have the purchase invoice or contact the previous owner. In the previous purchase process this is never mentioned, but when sending an email they say yes, which is false, and therefore they do not return the money. As this is a lie, I am gathering people who have the same problem and make a complaint for not complying with consumer Rights.

Scam!!

They do not iCloud unlock! They have NO customer service. I paid the initial payment, only to be informed that there’s a second payment. After paying the second payment, they responded that the iPad could not be unlocked and they issued me a voucher for a future unlock service. At this time I cannot access the voucher and they do not respond to any emails.

Not a scam, but Buyer be very warned

Not a scam, BUT BUYER BE VERY WARNED. If any complications arise, you will receive an automated response, so my hope is this will get an actual response from the company.

My review will not be poor, I will simply outline exactly what happened and let you the reader decide.

For $27 you will receive an automated email telling you to visit an Apple store to unlock, or the company or you can contact the owner to have him lift the unlock. This would seems like a very obvious solution, which would not warrant their services in the first place.

Then you are asked for $32 as the unlock is more difficult. If unsuccessful you will be told by automation that the iPad is reported as stolen/lost. In my case, this was impossible as the iPad belonged to a friend who passed away. The family had not reported anything to Apple, this was their way of deferring responsibility back on the consumer. However, after research it became apparent that they did not have the capability to unlock the iPad because the findmyiPhone feature was enabled. This was never stated, and now my option is to pay another $100 to a company that has already collected $59 from me. I have no faith they will achieve what they said they could accomplish. My requests for any refund have received automated responses and being told incorrect information repeatedly.

This is not a scam, it is a well articulated strategy. You dangle the carrot to the consumer, and continually tell them the reason they are not capable of meeting their obligation is your fault. I'll let you decide for yourself if you use this company. My guess is they monitor these review sites better than they monitor their disgruntled customers...

Hi Andrea, this sound like the most expensive service that we offer or your device is barred which is why the cost is so high. We can arrange a refund via a voucher as a goodwill gesture in this case for you.

Hi Khalid, I can see that you have purchased the unlock and this is in process, simply check your order status page in order to see what stage it's at, you have nothing to worry about, I am however a bit shocked that you've already left a bad review about our service. Perhaps you'd prefer for us to cancel it and refund you and for you to go elsewhere?

Just don't

Scam..
Tried unlocking an iPhone. No result. But, but, but...If I were to pay an extra amount for a premium service that was due to release within the coming 2 to 3 days (but already existed of course), they would unlock it...:-).

The reason for not able to unlock was: stolen or lost.
I just wrote to Apple support. They had no knowledge of my device being stolen or lost. They unlocked it for me in 15h. For free :-).

Horrible service. They failed to reply to any of my emails and didn’t unlock my device.

Do what I did and reach out to NO CHEX, the company that processes the payment. They can get you a full refund.

Can’t you believe? Read this

I was looking everywhere in the internet for unlocking my phone. Luckily I’ve found on a reddit thread about this site. I was skeptical about it because it looked so weir at first. However besides everything it worked. Wasn’t so fast but i was so happy when I finally received an email about the unlock status. It was worth every minute.

Unacceptable service

I got an iPad from a charity shop that was account locked. I found this service and initially they charged £20 to unlock. Then they charged me an additional £30 to finish the unlock, and this was gauranteed to be the final payment. I was not pleased by this underhanded tactic but I paid. Then later the service reported that the iPad was reported lost/stollen, and could be unlocked with their premium service for an Additional £50. I was highly suspicious and sent a couple of emails asking for assurance, one response I got was 'I have already. Informed you the premium service will unlock your device' despite the fact I was not given any reassurance. I did pay the extra £50 because I wanted the iPad to be functional. The site said the process would take a month, but it is now over three months later, the site says that the process is taking longer than expected, but when I contact them for an update I am ignored. I want my money back and am going to look into the payment provider. This is poor customer service and totally unprofessional, as well as underhanded.
