STAY AWAY - Product doesnt work, won't refund.
STAY AWAY. I bought Turbotax 2022 online in 4/2023 and downloaded it. It never worked, the key they sent said it had exceeded all limits. They kept sending new keys, all had the exact same error message. "All available activation for that code have been used. Error code 603. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they would send new codes that did not work. None of them EVER worked. Now they have still not refunded my money and have gone silent. STAY AWAY. They say they are a Microsoft Certified Partner so I will be checking that out with Microsoft. Will be pursuing other avenues to get the refund.
