SCAM: They held my money, demanded ID and PayPal screenshots, then zeroed my balance
I topped up my account balance via PayPal. They immediately put my funds on hold and demanded KYC verification plus email verification I complied. When I used a second PayPal account for another top-up, they held that too and demanded I send my personal ID and private PayPal screenshots. This felt deeply suspicious and invasive, so I asked them to cancel the transaction instead.
Here's where it turned into a scam: I still had approximately $90 USD remaining in my account from before. Instead of returning it, they simply changed my balance status to "OFFLINE" and kept my money.
I submitted a support ticket over 30 days ago — zero response. No email, no refund, nothing.
My User ID: 9827598
This is not a legitimate business practice. Holding funds, demanding private financial documents, ignoring support tickets for a month, and then silently wiping your balance is theft. Stay away.
