Contact your bank

Anybody who has purchased from this company in recent months and not received their product and had no response from the company owner, I strongly urge you to contact your bank to start chargeback proceedings. I did and this morning I had confirmation that the money has been refunded.

6 weeks and still no delivery

6 weeks and still no delivery. No communication giving a rough idea of delivery time, asked for a refund, no communication giving, would definitely give this company a wide berth and save your money.

Another month on, still no items, no refund or anything.

Odin’s Beardcare has left the building!!!

I've been contacting Darren Brown for the last two months on an outstanding order. I’ve had no response from him to any of my chasing emails and just finding out now that he has gone bust and current currently owes a lot of individuals products. Seems like he was happy to take our money but not provide the goods. Now like many others, I also need to go through my bank to get my money back…….not happy

No product - feel ripped-off.

After cancelling my order for no reason (well, they had cocked up the discount codes), I eventually got to order. But, that's the last thing that went well.

No product arrived, no response to emails, and the website is down.

Really poor. Do better.

Update 04/05/26:
The owner has responded to my chargeback and is dragging the process out massively. I am now having to wait until June to receive updates from my bank or the hope of any of my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 4 items on the 29th January 2026. No item was received so I chased this up February 11th 2026. Still no reply. Another email sent February 16th 2026, same again. An email was sent out stating the company had been oversubscribed and all orders were being worked through. Like many others, the owner said to contact them if my order had not yet arrived well over a month after ordering it. I have since sent an email for a refund after a further 2 weeks have gone by since the last promise. Really poor show by the owner. I would respect them more if they had been transparent and honest from the start.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Received messages on 21st Feb promising orders will be sent out but still nothing. Now website is down and emails just get bounced back. Looks like he's ripping off loads of us and done a bunk. Trying to get a chargeback from my bank now

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Its been 5 weeks since I placed my order and after receiving an email after multiple attempts to contact him, I get a message to say my order was dispatched but Royal mail aren't great at the moment. Still 5 weeks on and no delivery!!

Gone bankrupt?

Made order on 09/02/26, I know he’s slow on shipping/delivery but after 2 weeks I contact Darren to ask where it is.

The purchase at the time claims it’s tracked shipping. No tracking number is provided so it is not classed as a tracked postage regardless of an “internal” tracking.

Tells me to contact him if it doesn’t arrive by Friday and I contact him Saturday hoping for a late delivery. Says he will sort Monday which is fair as it’s the weekend.

Nothing Monday and no reply to me Monday. No reply Wednesday either to chase up. Thursday 05/03/26 the website is down and no reply to my chase ups.

I can only assume he has done one final cash grab and bankrupted himself.

Contacting citizens advice and my bank for a chargeback and for them to report to trading standards now.

It’s a shame as his products are genuinely great but this cash grab regardless of circumstance lacks any moral integrity and even if I see him pop back up I will never trust him again in the future.

Order not received, getting no replies.

Used to purchase from here all the time. The products are really good, but it’s been well over a month now and my order items haven’t arrived. Getting no replies and the website has seemingly been taken down! Pretty sure I won’t receive anything at this point.

Can't recommend as they never arrived and the seller is not responding to my request for a refund.

I ordered 4 beard oils on 30th January, they all looked good on the website. Unfortunately I can't say if they are any good because they never arrived. I emailed to ask when they would be coming and heard nothing back. Then there was a generic email apologising for the delay, followed by one addressed to me. I emailed again at the end of February asking for a refund but have had no response. I will now have to instigate a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing.

Don’t bother - Great products but disappointing service

Loved the products but service hasn’t improved. Items take ages which isn’t a bad thing for quality but the last straw for me was marking an order as dispatched and then after 2 weeks contacting the store to then have an email update another week later saying that due to demand items are taking longer and will be dispatched shortly. Orders are being marked as dispatched before they are ready which is appalling. This is the 6th week and tracking still says waiting for item so doubtful it’s even on its way and the website and all links have been taken down. Even if a 100% discount is given I will not order again from this store. Returning customer lost.
